Camwen ShaydeLune Sammirah ShaydeLune I always side with the magick folk. wink I don't know much about the characters on here, from what I hear the elves are kinda wonky. But oo well! I don't feel like getting mixed up with all the Twilight fan girls.. rofl Yeah, no doubt! I love True Blood... but otherwise I'm pretty much over vampires. I love True Blood too! I was always an Anne Rice lover though. I am ashamed by the Twilight books, I couldn't even read the first chapter without putting it down. I'm more of a Buffy fan myself. But True Blood is good too. I like to pretend Twilight doesn't actually exist. lol I'm a gigantic Buffy fan. It just doesn't feel like it's about vampires the way True Blood or Twilight is. I think you could argue that while Buffy does have a relationship with a vampire (or two) her relationship with vampires in general is quite different from that that Sookie (or Bella) has with vampires.

Anne Rice was my first exposure to vampires so her vampires are "right" to me. Buffy vampires are second. Anything else just seems weird. But True Blood vampires are ok. Thanks to Anne Rice, though, it still seems weird to me that vampires can have sex. Although it does make the stories more interesting.

I never really cared for vampires all that much, so Dark Elves was an easy choice for me.
Plus I've always liked Dark Elves, whether they're the Drow of DnD, the Dunmer of TES, or the High Elves of KUF.
