"Molly is quieter than you. It's the quiet ones you have to look out for." Candace said very matter-of-factly. No, Candace didn't actually think Molly was capable of flipping her lid, but she could joke about it for Cass' sake. Coffee was fine, she'd only offered tea because it was supposed to be relaxing. Cass looked like she could use a hell of a lot of relaxation right about now. And she wanted to do something for Cass. She had to do something. Anything. Making coffee was a good start, though Marcus seemed one step ahead of her on that. She frowned.
Candace looked at Rep and then at Cass' arm and cuff again when he commented on her punishment. And then he said what Cass hadn't been a big deal...oh, Rep. "It's a big deal for a Mist, Rep." She muttered quietly, frowning and squeezing Cass' good shoulder. "Aria has really high expectations of us. Higher than the other divisions, I think." She turned a small smile to Cass and shook her head. "I doubt they'll kill you, Cass." Not unless Petra died, probably. She really, really hope Petra didn't die. Not just for Cass' sake, or even Robert's, she liked Petra as well. Leon was given a small wave as he arrived, still hovering close to Cass. She was not leaving her side until it was time for her to go.
"Can I have coffee with milk?" Candace called back to Marcus when he brought up drinks.

Mention of Aria and her expectations caused Cass to frown, her shoulders shaking just the slightest bit. "Can we....not talk about Aria....?" she whispered. "I just want to survive this punishment from her with as little contact or mention of he as I can possibly get."
Cass frowned. "Frankly, this could have been a lot worse. Rep's right, I got off pretty light. They could have decided I was too volatile and just stuffed me back in my pod. Just because they woke me up doesn't mean they need to keep me." She pinched the bridge of her nose to keep from going on when Leon stepped in, moving from Candace's side to offer the large life man a hug with her good arm.
"You didn't need to bring us anything, Leon, but I appreciate it." she replied with a smile, passing a look past Marcus as he gave her the 'NO' face. She took a deep breath and huffed a pout after him. She saw how it was, Mr. Hasan! "Marcus? Do we have any honey? If so, I just want some warm milk with the honey stirred in if that's okay..." something to try and relax her a bit, she hoped.
"I guess I'm doing..ok...Leon. I mean.." again her good hand rested on her sling. "It could have been worse. If nothing else, I've pretty much guaranteed I can never transfer from Mist."

Leon's arrival was unexpected to say the least and rather immediately set Rep even futher on edge. This whole being pleasant thing was going to cost him in the manliness stakes, no doubt about it. He'd have to tread ******** carefully if he didn't want the boxer to think he was some kind of bleeding heart p***y. He did give him a nod of greeting back.
As conversation progressed, Rep found himself clenching his fists and giving Candace a very narrowed look. He wasn't keen on the idea that mists seemed to think themselves held to some higher standard than everyone else and felt deeply insulted by the very insinuation. He wanted to snap that Sun tended to put down anyone not capable of keeping up wether via injury or otherwise with a bullet to the head and that the expectations in frontline combat were strenuous and extreme. But he figured he'd have been wasting his breath on the other hunter, if she believed the mist propaganda, that they were somehow an elite team versus a flexible support squad - he wouldn't change her mind. He simply settled for a thin lipped frown. Aye, mist had it tougher than everyone else, clearly. Clinging to any other subject than the one that made him want to break furniture he stated. "Molly can handle herself. She's only quiet when she wants to be. Though lately I'm thinking maybe people should be keeping more of an eye on everyone else. People are all ******** stressed and at a snapping risk, and its not so much their fault when they do."
He grunted, looking away "So much as it is everyone who saw the warning signs and ignored them." Guilt was unfamiliar.
"I'll have coffee if it's going. Milk and seven sugars, if you don't mind." he didn't expect Marcus to actually make him anything, but it was worth asking, while he was playing at this whole being civil thing.

Leon didn't have a clue as to what happened, but as the talk progressed, he did come to realize that something occurred. Something that deemed the Mist leader to not only immobilize her trainees arm, but to strip a trainee of her coat and its privileges. He didn't say much, what was there to say, other than to possibly say something wrong and put his foot in his mouth.
"If you do need company Cass, I'm always available for a light workout." He tried his best to console her.
As for the gracious host Marcus, he gave the bloke a grin and shook his head. "i don't need anything, thank you Marcus." he replied back. he just wanted to work with his little sister again. "So I take it missions are out of the question?"

Cass laughed. "Guess I need to work on making," she waved her left arm about, "Useful. I've never been ambidextrous, so having an ambidextrous weapon is... kind of a pain sometimes." she confessed. Nicodemus huffed in her head, but said nothing. He was still mad at her and he'd made it very clear to her that that was the case. Very clear in the form of nosebleeds that would happen once a day.
"It really isn't anybody's fault that they weren't watching me, though. It's my fault for not asking more clearly for the hell I obviously was needing. At this point I'm not even sure what it is I need, still." she sighed.
"But yeah. I'm completely banned from fieldwork." she confirmed. "And runic weapons, so... if I went on a mission I'd probably just be a walking death sign. Especially with Robert around."
