Molly laughed. “Oh, that’s in another bag.” She teased, and then looked positively delighted. “Oh, you are!? That’s wonderful! I’m so happy! That means I can see you often then! Only if you want to though, of course, I wouldn’t want to bother you or anything…” The Mist trainee raised her hand as Jeremy sat up; pausing in the back rubs as she blinked.
“Oh!” The young woman suddenly sprang to her feet and smiled down at the sun trainee, smiling widely as she clasped her hands together. “I’m off my shift now, and I’m heading back to my room as well! I can walk with you if you like, to make sure you get there okay, and if you need anything for your room, I can go get it for you!”

"I don't think you could bother me! I mean unless you follow me with one of those air horn things. Then I think I'd be bothered." Jeremy trailed off thoughtfully. "...Or chinese water torture." He added, and then got to his feet for the first time in almost a year. His knees were understandably wobbly, and both lit up with pain at the movement. Pins and needles poked and prodded everywhere, enough to make him reach out and grab her arm to steady himself.
"I would love that! I hope you don't mind, I kind of need to lean on you right now." He couldn't feel his legs, except pain. As cheerful as he was, deep down he was worried; he'd been gone for so long...what would be in his room? Would it be the same? Empty, maybe? Perhaps infested with bugs and mould? It was like Schroedinger's Cat, only with the state of his room.
"Lead the way!"

“Oh goodness, no!” Molly looked horrified at the suggestion. “I’d never do that!” She watched as he got to his feet, and how wobbly he was immediately had her on alarm. Even without grabbing her arm, Molly was immediately hovering, and one arm moved to wrap around his waist to help keep him upright and steady. “Oh, I don’t mind at all! You can lean as much as you need to, alright? It doesn’t bother me at all! I think my weapon weighs more than you do~” She teased softly, and once he was ready, Molly went and guided him out.
She chatted a bit here and there, little things, really. The weather on the island as of late, the Canon Cats she loved to snuggle almost every day, and also made sure to inform Jeremy that from now on he needed to start eating a healthy and balance breakfast every morning. They eventually came to a stop in front of room 117, and Molly looked over at Jeremy. “Here you are!”

"...Oh god, weapons." Jeremy only groaned, recalling how heavy Elsie was the first time he swung her. If walking was this tiresome, how the heck was swinging a giant metal fireball on a chain? "WHELP, You're good at back rubs, how are you at massages?" He asked cheerfully. "Because I'm going to be in a lot of pain for a couple days!" Weeks, really. Geez, who knew starting over was such a pain in the butt?
The chatting helped, and eventually Jeremy's legs stopped being pins and needles enough to make him walk on his own, stuffing his hands into the pocket on his hoodie simply because that was comfortable for him. He had no idea what a Canon Cat was, but it sounded suspiciously Halloween; he kept his opinions on the place to himself for the sake of his new friend which, he reflected in a moment of ignoring her eager speech, was actually personal growth. Normally he was quick to express his opinions, especially negative ones.
He was entirely non-committal on the whole breakfast thing though...and pointed out how it was the most important meal of the day because it dictated how your mood would be until you went to sleep. They arrived at his old door too early for his tastes, and he stared at the door like one would no doubt look down at a box that may or may not contain a living cat.
"...Err, thanks, Molls." He murmured, staring at the door handle for a moment, and then up at the woman at his side. The blonde was giving his best fox-eyed smile, but his innards were nothing but knotted up nerves. "Hey so this was fun! We'll have to do it again some time, hmm?" He paused for a moment, giving her a blank stare, and then pointed his thumb back towards the pod room they had left not too long ago. "I mean, without my sleeping for almost a year and waking up groggy and chugging the hot chocolate so fast I choke a little bit but...everything else is good. Let's do everything else again some time?"

“ I can do massages too!” Molly replied cheerfully and without missing a beat. Really, the girl had way too many jobs in her time before Deus. It was probably why she felt completely at home in the Mist Division. Jill of all trades. Molly did very much agree that breakfast played such an important roll, and if Jeremy would neglect on making himself a good breakfast, she would take it upon herself to make sure he would. Once he was able to stand on his own, Molly let him go, but stuck closely to his side as they walked, her hands folded neatly over her stomach. She paused outside his door with him, looking over at him with a concerned expression. Her lips pulled into a worried frown at his fox eyed smile and she was silent for a moment before speaking. “… O…oh, not a problem…” She shifted her weight from foot to foot, and then smiled. “ Oh, yes, this was a lot of fun…I’m so happy I was able to meet you, Jeremy! Welcome back ~” Her smile widened before it shifted back into a worried stare. She felt like she couldn’t leave him alone now…she was worried…he just woke up and seemed wobbly at times…would it be bad to leave him on his own? Oh…but Jeremy was an adult and could take care of himself…he didn’t need her to hover, right? Molly bit on her lip. “ Oh! Yes! Of course, Jeremy! Anytime! Um…and I really mean it, anytime…and if you need anything, anything at all, please come and get me, alright?” She pointed at her door that was a few down. “ I’m right there…!” She trailed off for a moment before she then just reached out and hugged him tightly, as if she was trying to reassure him, or herself, somehow. She released him after a moment and laughed a bit nervously. “ I’ll see you soon…?” She then waited, folding her hands back over her stomach, for him to go into his room.

He saw the worry - she was so wonderfully transparent, wasn't she? - and merely kept on smiling. "I'll be fine, Inspector. Don't worry about me!" He assured her honestly, since one way or another he would be okay, and stretched out a hand to grasp the doorknob.
"That's kind of a weird thing to say, isn't it? 'I'm so happy I was able to meet you'...kinda sounds like you're saying goodbye to a dying man." Jeremy commented idly, but meant nothing by his observation. His fox-eyed smile did falter a bit as he stared curiously at the ceiling, and then back down to the curly haired woman. "But I assure you I'm not dead, and don't ever plan on being such! So I will see you later, Mols! I promise." He even made a cross over his heart and - well, he didn't hope to die because that defeated the purpose, but at least he crossed his heart.
"Bye bye now~" He disappeared into his room quickly, and with a wave.
Best to get it over with, like a vaccination needle.

Oh drat…was it obvious? It was always obvious. Molly frowned, though it was at herself this time, before she tried to smile again. “Sorry…” She murmured, and as he spoke again, she looked terribly embarrassed, and horrified. “I’m so sorry!” She repeated again, cupping her cheek. “I didn’t mean it like that at all! It’s just…there is always a chance you might not have woken up today…or during…well…you know…” Her Hunter life expectancy. “I’m just…really glad I met you today…I really am.”
Molly sighed, deflating. She felt embarrassed, but still terribly worried, even as Jeremy promised, and then slid into his room. It felt a bit…forlorn standing in the hall all by her lonesome now, and she stared at his door for a few long moments before reluctant turning and shuffling back to her own room as well, looking like a kicked puppy.
