You can assemble outfits and avatars just as you do when you dress up your avi, but you have access to all the items in Gaia's inventory. There is a search option to find specific items as well.

When I think of Victorian era clothing I always think big poofy dresses and big poofy hair and lacy things.
It makes me think classical music and of royalty which makes me think of red and gold.
I am actually very proud of this tektek. I think it came out quite nicely. c:
