The most important things that need changed are the alias and BOS. Both of them are already taken by previously existing members. To change things without running into this problem again, visit the Prison Directory. At the bottom of that thread there's a list of deadmen with their given aliases. BOS's are also listed in white font behind the corresponding users, and can be viewed by highlighting the post.

Could you specify a general age of your character? You listed the day of birth, but the more important part is the year.

Also, could you clarify what killed your character's wife? In the first part of the history section it says the attraction killed her, but later on it says that it was a knife.
