Everything looked right...didn't it?
Everything looked just right.
Right.
Sparrow stood, rather nervously, in his booth, but pushed his long hair back away from his face, tied it neatly back with a ribbon, and prepared himself for the Fright Night festival with an easy smile and a great deal more confidence than he actually felt.
Well, here goes nothing.

Danny was taking a break from running the FMC booth to come check out all the other booths in the festival. One that was closest to her was Sparrow's booth. So she went there. There was really no other reason.
So he was running for vice? Danny didn't know Sparrow more than a few times tutoring, sparse conversations in the hallway, but he was nice enough. He talked funny though.
"Hi Sparrow!" she said, waving to her friend amiably. One of the pins on the table caught her eye. Never one to beat around the bush, Danny said, "Can I take that?"

"Ah, Danny!" said Sparrow genially, stepping around the booth to smile at the ghoul. He hadn't seen her in a while - her hair was cut short now, and she seemed more confident somehow, holding herself higher.
"A pleasure to see you," he said, and then glanced around at where she was pointing.
"Of course, of course!"
Bustling around back behind the booth, Sparrow picked up a pin and, smiling, handed it across towards her.
"Don't forget to vote," he added, with a teasing wink.

While walking among the various booths, Az's eye was caught by the sparrow flying around it while a man was trying to put them back in their cages. Well, she could as well try to help him while she was here. After catching the little bird Azmodel was very pleased to be offered a token for her help.

Danny beamed, happy to add another shiny to her collection. She put the pin right on her belt, next to all her pins from her friends. It stood out like a happy little beacon, and Danny was pleased.
"Vote? For what?" she asked, head tilted. Was there something go on? Ohhh is that what vice meant? Danny thought it was like vice demons. Clearly Sparrow was trying to become a demon.

Ri-ri had run in after someone she'd recognized but once inside she'd been overwhelmed with all the colors and booths and people. So many people she didn't know and so many things to do! She was excited, yes, but also a little timid now that she was here. She didn't recognize anyone! The kiyohime bit her lip a bit and clung to her massive purse as she was drawn to the cool colors of this booth. She smiled to herself but was still quiet. The school seemed to be running elections. If the movies were anything to be believed, all the coolest and best looking people always won those. Ohhhhhhh... This boil was handsome.

He hadn't noticed it, but apparently one of the little birds held in the cages he had on display had escaped. A ghoul, however, had caught it, and Sparrow smiled brightly at her as she returned it.
"My thanks," he told her sincerely, and reached for a token, handing it to her as a gesture of gratitude.
Danny had put his pin on her belt, and Sparrow, quite pleased as well, grinned at her. "Vote for me for the student council," he told her. "I'm running for Vice President, see?"
He gestured around at the booth just as another ghoul walked up, this one with short hair and wide eyes.
"Good morning!" said Sparrow brightly, extending his hand to her. "Are you a visitor, perhaps? Or a new student?"Az-san Congratulations on winning a token! O U O

Ri-ri turned a little pink suddenly, a subtle hint of shimmering scales becoming more obvious on her cheeks. "Ah.. guest? I mean I want to come to school here. I came at christmas time and then battle of the bands and umm.." She had suddenly begun to ramble nervously but took his hand and shook it. She couldn't be any older than 15, wide eyed and fresh faced. "Good luck with your ummm election.." She grinned at him. OH HE WAS SO GOOD LOOKING WHEN HE SMILED. "I can't vote but.. I would definitely vote for you!" She'd glanced around breifly to find the other person running. AHH HE WAS SCARY AND UGLY.

"Ohhhh!" Danny said. So student council elections were happening. She hadn't even known! No one told Danny anything. All of the sobs.
A bird fluttered out of a cage and Danny gripped it with ninja reflexes. She was a ninja. A ninja. Not a gentle one though. The poor bird tweeted loudly, protesting the grip Danny had on it. She tossed it back in its cage, not feeling apologetic in the least.
She patted Sparrow on the shoulder and said, "Well catch you later, 'kay? Oh can I take a t-shirt too? Rikki would look nice in this ..." Danny honestly just thought Rikki would like the birdies.

"A pleasure, dear lady!" said Sparrow, and pecked the back of the ghoul's hand in greeting, smiling pleasantly at her before he let her hand go and rocked back on his heels. His cheeks turned slightly pink at her praise, and a few stray strands of pale brown hair fell into his eyes.
"Ah, thank you very much," he said. "You are very kind. And I am glad to see that you wish to come to Amityville; it is a very good school."
Sparrow's eyes flickered towards Danny, dancing with amusement, and he pushed his hair out of his face and said, "Of course, please do." Reaching up, he pulled one of the teeshirts down, and held it out to the ghoul. "And please remind this Rikki that elections are coming up, and I would most appreciate a vote, if he is willing."Chimarii PLZ QUOTE WITH DOODLE REFS

"Spa-rroooww~, Spa-rroooww~, give me your answer do~" rang out as the the large cat boil came up and just about flopped against the reaper, rubbing his face against him happily. There were so many people around, it made him completely rejuvinated, bouncing on his heels happily as he swayed with the reaper. "Running for~ Vice-Pres-i-dent, I'm sure they'll alll love you~" he continued his bastardization of a song he had heard once, grinning wildly.
"You look like you've already had a fair amount of people shuffle through, hopefully this will be good for you hmm?" He asked, having helped the boil press pins earlier in the week to get ready for the event. He wanted to see Sparrow have a good time and spread the good word of his attempts to snap up the VP role.
He also liked singing to people, obviously.

"Jack!" Sparrow said delightedly, reaching around to pat the other boil on his head in a friendly gesture. "A pleasure to see you, friend - how have you been lately? And thank you," he added, flushing a bit pink with the compliments. Grinning somewhat sheepishly, he added, "We'll see how it goes, though. I'm sure the other candidate is quite well rounded."
Smiling, Sparrow reached around and grabbed one of the pins, holding it out and dangling it in front of Jack's face.
"Here."

The ball he won from the last booth had rolled towards sparrows booth and landed with a thud under empty bird cages. The name underneath said 'Chipper'. Okay but where was chipper? He looked around not seeing the bird. It was obvious he couldn't find him.

After pocketing his ball he stood up and spotted a small bird flying around in the air. Oh he wasn't getting that bird unless he too was a bird himself. Maybe he could lure him to come down with food or something? Hmm what did birds eat?
