I really feel like I always update this the day after do the work out xD But yesterday (8.30) I stopped over at the gym for a bit. Did a 20ish minute elliptical workout, would have done longer but I was feeling weird/dehydrated so I kinda took a little break there and did some weight stuff. Kind of like a circuit run. A good amount of arm exercises in about every which way, inner/outer thigh press, some stomach work, leg press, even a glute press thing xD.

Anyway, I've kind of been slacking due to watching dogs/puppy that need to frequently be let out & watched, getting car fixed, and getting interviewed. But I did some nice running today, 2.5 miles =D

Whelp I did more elliptical stuff yesterday (9/8.) Went for an hour straight (woo). Apparently I run like 4ish mi/hour ;-; But for starting out that isn't terrible I guess? Think I might do some weights today, even though I really love the cardio stuff <3

Aw, that's not terrible at all~ One thing I liked to do was increase the speed setting on the treadmill by 0.1 every time I ran so that my endurance would increase. I dunno if that's a wise thing to do, but it's what I did.
Cardio is best exercise, in my opinion ^_^

Soooo on 9/9 I did 40 mins/3 miles on the elliptical.
Today I did a 30mins/2.30 miles, then did a bit of the circuit for muscle building =D
Worked on stomach, inner/outer thigh, and all parts of my arms, as well as leg press. Yay. I'll probably do a weigh in tomorrow. Though I know my weight fluctuates depending on girly things so that might not be fun.

So on 9/11 I only did 15 on the elliptical at the gym (kinda felt meh that day) However 9/12 I changed it up and went on a walk/hike through the nature preserve on BU's campus with my best friend and her puppy. We were out there for about an hour, and I worked up a nice sweat ^_^

Hit the gym today after some time off, ran for an hour/4.5 miles while I watched the Giants/Buckaneers game. I'll probably do the same tomorrow, as I have another day off.

Updated my weight today (so far lost 7 pounds, w00t!) and started the 200 sit up program to get my core less flabby. Did 42 actual sit ups (not crunches, I can do those pretty easy). Also hit the elliptical for an hour/4.5mi today. Wee bit sore.

Ginhi~kun Updated my weight today (so far lost 7 pounds, w00t!) and started the 200 sit up program to get my core less flabby. Did 42 actual sit ups (not crunches, I can do those pretty easy). Also hit the elliptical for an hour/4.5mi today. Wee bit sore. /le applauds 3nodding When we both get to the end of the 200 sit ups thing, we can have a sit up race.

So 9/20 I did about 2ish miles (26mins) on the elliptical. Then got home, did the sit up stuff. Set of 14, 18, 10, 10, and then 40. Body's feeling pretty gewds. ^_^

Whelp, been a bit lazy for the past couple days. On Sunday I did do le sit ups though. 15, 18, 15, 15, and 40. Probably hit the gym earlyish tomorrow though/sit ups again.
