A change has been made to this guild event!
It's been decided that the August Guild Event 2012 is going to have a bonus giveaway! 4laugh
Why the change?:
Originally it has been clarified in the guild event thread's
announcements and
in the thread that there were to be no bonus items for this guild event. I've decided to have a change of heart regarding that decision.
3nodding What this means for participants of the guild event?
1. If you participated in the
August Guild Event 2012 you should have already received one item from the
guild event item list during the time the event was open (August 26 - September 1, 2012).
3nodding 2. Team Sprocket Zen will now give each person that participated
one additional *bonus* item *two* additional bonus items from the
guild event item list to each participant of this guild event as a thank you. This should be (ideally) completed between today (September 1, 2012) and tomorrow (September 2, 2012) at the latest. Delivery method will be either gift or trade.

What? I thought we usually just store extra items left over after a guild event on the mule?Yes.The
Q&A post in the guild event thread it stated that extra items would be kept on the guild mule until another guild activity required them.
3nodding However, this bonus item decision for this guild event is a recent
change. The reason for this change is that the guild mule still had a lot of items left over from this guild event.

Is the guild mule still going to have enough items to give away in the future? Won't these extra items being given out effect it? Yes.

3nodding Any of the remaining items on the guild mule (Team Sprocket Zen) from the guild event (after bonus item distribution) will be saved on it until a guild activity requires them.

one item, please assume you'll only be receiving
one item with
no bonus items unless stated otherwise. If it is decided to give out bonus item(s) to participant(s), there will be an announcement in the guild and guild event thread(s) will be updated to reflect this change.

3nodding Edit 9/1: An earlier version of this post said only one bonus item would go out to each participant. This was a typo. There are
two bonus items going out to each participant
for just this guild event! Enjoy!
