Ivy nodded, she remember Letha being quite the little handful. "Well, I hope things work out." Her kids had turned out great, so she didn't have advice for him. "That is a good sign. I do hope you get him back one day." She restedher head on Chae with a smile.

Hi chuckled. "Oh I will, I'm sure of it..." He shook his head and leaned back a little, getting comfortable. "But all in good time..." He said with a nod. "There is not real need to rush into something such as that..."
Chae nodded his head slowly and smiled, just listening. That sounded like a good idea.

Ivy smiled, she was really comfortable. "Hi, would you like anything else?" She wanted to be the best hostess. She didn't really ahve many people over often and was happy to have company.

Hi smiled. "Some water if it wouldn't be too much trouble," He bowed his head with a light chuckle. "I wouldn't want to make you hop about all day, I'm sure your life is already hectic, being a grandmother and all..." He laughed.
Chae just shook his head, if Hi only knew how nice it was... Aside from his own father, Chae had little to worry over.

Ivy laughed, "Oh, it is no bother." She got up and went to fetch the water. She brought it back and handed it to him. "I haven't seen the babies since they were born, but I hope Apsen and Takeko bring them by." Oh course they were grandparents before Aspen. Mal had two of her own children that had been growing up nicely.

Hi chuckled and sipped at the water slowly, it would dampen his powers a bit, but that was alright for him, it wasn't as dangerous to him as it was to Toga, and he didn't mind drinking it, he found it quite refreshing at times. "That's nice, none of my children have and I am still waiting..." He chuckled and shook his head. "I fear for Letha's children tho..."

Ivy smiled, "Well, all good things happen with time." Ivy went and sat back down near Chae. She put her arms around him and smiled back at Hi. "So, how is Toga?" She thought she would ask to be polite, she hadn't ever really liked the elder.

Hi smiled. "She's... Okay, I guess..." He mumured. "I mean, for the most part..." He rubbed the back of his head. "We have our moments from time to time..." He laughed and shook his head. "It's good tho..."
Chae smiled and cuddled into Ivy, closing his eyes and relaxing.

"Well...that's good..." Ivy was losing her conversation ideas. She looked from Hi to Chae. "So, anything else going on? Any tips on elderhood?"

Hi chuckled and shifted in his seat again, bowing his head. "My advice, be yourself, practice your power as often as you can..." He chuckled. "Go about the isle and patrol, work on helping those that need it, and such..." He waved his hand. "You never know, you might just do something extremely useful!" He laughed. "I've yet to, tho..."

"Well, I can actually control the plants from here, if I choose." Ivy smiled, her power had progessed so much, yet she hadn't actaully tried doing that yet. "Oh, I'm sure you are useful, the Gaurdians wouldn't have picked you otherwise."

"That's a very good point..." Hi chuckled and leaned his head back, looking up at her roof. "So... What else is there that we can talk of?" He chuckled a little, kind of wanting to get away from the Elder subject.

"Well, I'm not sure. That is the biggest news I have right now." She was tired of leading the converstaion if he wanted to change it, then he could go ahead and do so. She took Chae's hand and then leaned on his shoulder, "You have been quiet lately."

Hi chuckled softly and thought for a moment, trying to see if he could figure out something else for them to talk about. "Yeah Chae, you've been pretty quiet... What's up?"
Chae chuckled weakly and leaned into Ivy. "Eh... I've been thinking... I went to see my father the otherday, and I didn't quite like what I was seeing..." He sighed and shook his head. "He's gotten himself a young... girlfriend of sorts... I don't know what has gotten into him.."

Ivy looked at Chae, "Really? What about your Mother?" This information hadn't been told to her yet. She knew Chae was down, but alos knew that he would tell her in his own time.
