The change in his demeanor, the tensing of his jaw, it was obvious she'd done something wrong. Swallowing a lump in her throat, she turned her attention forwards, not sure whether to say something. Would that just make it worse? One of her ankles was beginning to sag and ache, the same one she'd been having problems with in capoeira, but she continued regardless, not wanting to slow the pace. When an accident was mentioned, somewhat reluctantly, a flash of recognition shot through her mind, enough to slow her pace as her face contorted in a frown, followed by the shock. Catching herself, she caught up again, suddenly more wary about overexerting herself. "I'm sorry," she offered somewhat shyly, unsure of whether to press him of not. She decided against it, "I...I think I know how you feel."
A somewhat awkward pause extended before them, Naomi trying to push the ache from her mind. She swallowed again, keeping her attention forwards as she finally spoke up, "How long ago was it?"
