Blinking as the human fell to the ground, Mei tilted her head slightly before looking up to Leo who was rubbing at her ribs in the tree. "Its easy to do when one looks so frail."Now it was her turn. This elderly Human had a weapon. As she approached her turned to swing it, smacking Mei upside the head which sent her reeling momentarily before she yanked the cane away from him and swung it towards the Human's head. To which he ducked. A light growl of frustration passed her lips as she tossed the cane aside. Well if it wasn't going to work for her no use in letting this Human use it against them. At least Mei had gotten rid of the cane, Leo thought as the human dodged her attack (it was seriously more limber than it looked) and kneed her in the stomach. Argh, humans! "This is a whole new kind of ridiculous." She was still wheezing for air, clutching her stomach. Biting her bottom lip, she went in to return with a kick to the old man's shins. Which ended up more with her slipping on wet leaves and going down in a pile with the old human on top of her. "Arg! Get off!" She tried to shove at him but he was moving too slow for her tastes. Leo instantly went to Mei's rescue, grabbing the old human with more strength than she knew she had and shoving it into a tree. It managed to hit her with one of its flailing arms, but she gave it a good shake and it quieted down. "Mei, are you OK?" She didn't take her eyes off of the human, but there was definitely concern in her voice. "Yea I'm fine." She frowned as she laid on the ground. Her frustration over these Humans was growing. Reaching around, she grasped a rock and flung it at the human. It missed entirely. Mei wasn't particularily good with aiming objects that were being thrown at people. "Lets finish him off quick then take the FEAR. "Right!" She was too, to be honest - focusing the FEAR from her fragment, she punched the human in the face, breaking its nose and getting some blood on her fist. Stepping back, she watched as the old human crumbled to the ground, looking battered and beaten. This one was down for the count. "I think I got it... what now?" She stood next to Mei and held out a hand for the other ghoul to get up. Leo's HP: 6/30 Damage: 0 + 2 (from FEAR fragment) = 2 Target: Human #2 Human HP #2: 1/10 Humans Taken Down: 2 Fear Points Harvested: -- Personal Fear Points: 0 Yayoi YAY FEAR FRAGMENT y u so awsum Haha maybe not. Taking Leo's hand she stood. Brushing herself off as she moved to stand over the elder Human who was barely conscious.
"Now we collect the fear." Kneeling down next to him she leaned in close. A faint green glow began to emanate from her mouth, reaching out towards the human who's own fear reached out to it. When they connected his body went rigid and stiff. He gasped for air that would not come until Mei finally released him with a satisfied look on her face.
Standing up and stepping back she motioned to Leo. "Your turn."

She nodded and threw one last look at the old human before making her way back to the human female they'd targeted first. Leo had a small fear that it might have crawled away, but luckily it was right where they'd left it. Well, it might have moved a little bit, but it was a negligible amount. Imitating Mei's actions, she called upon her Fear and a red-coloured mist came from her. The human female's own Fear reached out to connect with Leo's, and as it wheezed for breath, the Mare squeezed as much Fear as she could out of it. Once she finally had all that she could get, she retracted her Fear and watched as the human fell limp, skin rapidly cooling and heart never to beat again. "What should we do with them? Should we just leave them?" Maybe it was best to cover their tracks a bit; but on the other hand, who could follow them to Halloween? She'd followed Leo back to the Human female and done the same to her as she had the old male. The fragment at her throat throbbed and relished in the fact that it now had a semi-decent supply of FEAR to sate it for now. Though it still wanted more. It wanted to drain more and more humans. Looking towards the Human body before her she gave Leo a small shrug. "If you want to hide them we can. Though personally I think I've had enough of touching the Humans for now." Straightening out her sleeves she looked to the mare with a small smile on her lips. "Its not like if they had killed us they would've given us the same treatment of burial or hiding out bodies. "Yeah, you're right." Leo returned the smile. "Let's get out of here before any of the other humans discover these ones missing, then. Back to the portal?" They'd both gotten pretty battered by the two humans, so it was probably a bad idea to stick around for more of them. Best just to get back and savour their hardwon victory. The ghoul was glad that her friend agreed. She really had been beaten up enough by these two humans who she had certainly greatly under estimated their willingness to fight. "Alrighty then. We can go get some eyescream later if you want to celebrate a job well done?"Mei grinned and slipped through the portal that lead back to the lair. Ephebe Hehe yea yer suppose to roll once for each human per character seperately. XD But its ok lol~
