As much as she was thankful for her assistance in the fight, her swelling pride made it impossible for her to accept any assistance walking home, especially after the compliment she had received. "As for fighting, well, when you go to St. Mags' and the old place I came from, fighting just sort of comes to you naturally if you don't like to be stepped all over. Though, the rest of it's gymnastics... which I think I'm getting rusty in it given that I haven't found a suitable place here in Destiny City to practice outside of battle."
Unlike Penelope, she had no problem in babbling, and she had felt much better now than she had when she left home today. Which she had a feeling she needed to be getting back to, and soon, before Maddy got paranoid again.
