As soon as Candace had left Mitsu's anger had melted away and with it her energy. She staggered back into the room barely making it to the bed where she laid back down. Twice someone came, once to give her the dress and the second time to give her things to clean herself up. The dress was discarded in the corner where Mitsu had thrown it but the water she hesitantly decided to use.

She was actually in the middle of cleaning up the last of her wounds when she heard a new voice. No...not new. The voice was familiar though she was certain the face was not.

Not turning to face the glass window Mitsu continued to lightly dab at the wounds on her leg. "What do you want?"

"Um. Just... wanted to check up on you. Was uh..kinda worried you could say. You look pretty beaten up. Feeling alright there..?" he asked while peering through the window, tilting his head a bit. It hadn't really hit him yet that she probably wouldn't recognize his face seeing how he had only run into her as a golem.

"To....check up on me?" Mitsu asked him the question as if he certainly couldn't have meant what he said. "Is that a joke?" She threw the bloody and dirty towel beside the bowl of water and finally turned toward the window. The lycan was still having a hard time seeing in this overly bright room but removed her mask anyway and set it aside as she stood to her feet, a little shaky a first, before moving slowly toward the window. She wanted Derykion to see what he had done, see the anger she had for him. The bruise and cut along the side of her face, the damage to her arms and legs.

When she made it to the window she rested her hands against it to help prop herself up, eyes staring intently at the Hunter. She was very much a wolf in a cage feeling cornered and threatened but that didn't mean she wasn't going to lash out if given the opportunity. "How do you think I feel? I'm here because of you!" She snarled before her face fell slightly remembering the panic she had felt when she thought he had been hurt. He didn't deserve it.

"...No... N-no it isn't," Deryk said before his face fell. He frowned and actually cringed a bit when she blamed him for being here. Well. yes, it was partially his fault. He felt nervous, but it wasn't because of Mitsu. There wasn't really anything she could do to him right now aside from pry at his morality crisis. He glanced over at the labtech in the room briefly, then looked back at her.

"Wasn't exactly intention to get anyone captured while running around Halloween doing other things.." he murmured quietly, "But.. you're here now. And.. Look. You're a really nice girl. Don't know what they have planned but.. don't fight it. Please? It'll make things harder for yourself."

Quite frankly, he felt kind of horrible. He didn't want to kidnap kids. He thought Candace was going to talk her to come willingly not... actually snatch her away.

Mitsu was in a battle, her face scrunching up as she tried to fight against getting upset. What kind of game was he playing? She couldn't trust him...she couldn't trust any of them. He sounded like Candace, all nice and sweet on the outside but instead he was probably cruel and heartless.

"I was really worried about you, ya know..." Mitsu continued, resting her forehead against the cool glass. Her legs didn't want to keep her up but she fought the urge to sit down. "I thought something had happened to you....to Meela."

She closed her eyes shut tight, biting her lower lip as she struggled with her emotions. "If you didn't intend on getting anyone captured then let me go..."

Deryk glanced away at that. Ugh. He was a horrible. Horrible. Horrible person. Tooley was trying to soothe him with her song, but it wasn't helping him all that much right now.

"Meela's fine. Been taking care of her like I said I would. Take her out for walks now and then, 'n ball too," he said with a faint smile. However, that quickly vanished with her request.

Uuuuugggghhh. Why him.

"I.. .I can't do that. N-Not my call," he murmured.

Maybe checking up on her was a bad idea. It was making him feel worse about a lot of things right now, but then again, he had come in here expecting that she had come willingly and... just an accident happened along the way.

"Um. Don't have to answer this.. but. W-what happened?"

Mitsu wanted to be comforted by the fact that Meela was taken on walks and played with but she still couldn't get passed the idea that she had put her here. Trapped where she could only be out for an hour or so at a time. If felt cruel, she could only imagine how restless the ghost dog felt. Probably about as restless as she felt now in her containment.

When Mitsu opened her eyes next they were glassy and brimming with tears. "I just want to go home." She choked out at the window. "I want to see my friends.....my fiance." Mitsu gripped the necklace that dangled around her neck as the tears began to fall down her cheeks. The pain that gripped her heart was immense. Was she ever going to see anyone again? Would she be able to leave this place and go home?

At Deryk's last question Mitsu turned up to face him regarding him for a moment before she shook her head and turned away from the window and staggered back to her bed. She fell when she was nearly there and had to climb up to merely sit down but once she was situated she made sure to turn her back on the man beyond the window. "Go away..."

Fiance!? Wasn't one of the requirements that they didn't have strong connections or something like that? Deryk groaned inwardly and just sort of slumped down a bit at that. He didn't have anything to say in response right now either. Frowning, he just slowly retreated out of there.

[ENTER]

Another day, another attempt. Candace had gotten side-tracked but she had promised she'd bring Meela to Mitsu. The ghost dog had been given a collar and leash and was walked down the halls of the labs until she was at Mitsu's cell. She did feel bad that Mitsu was by herself. A glance was given to the neighboring cell. Maybe..they'd let her keep one of the others in here? But Candace was hesitant; the other students could talk Mitsu in the opposite direction she wanted to go.

She'd start with the ghost dog.

Mitsu would hear the door unlock and open, and the first thing Candace did was unhook the leash from Meela's collar. The ghost dog trotted in the room, looking happy as can be. Her ears perked up and her tail wagged when she spotted Mitsu. The dog bolted to Mitsu, jumping excitedly all around her. She barked, she yapped, she jumped and pawed. Hi! Hi! Hihihiihi! Hi! Hi! Hi I'm here! And you're here! And we're here! Hi!

Candace chuckled, closing the door behind her and stepping into the room. "She's very happy to see you, apparently." She reached into her pocket and then tossed a ball toward Mitsu. "Here, if you want to play fetch or something. How're you feeling?"
PostPosted: Mon Jul 23, 2012 7:44 pm

Mitsu was feeling...about the same really. Not a lot of healing had happened since the day before leaving her tired and unwilling to move. Even as the door cracked open Mitsu was intent to lay with her back to it until she heard the warning of a happy bark and turned in time to have paws all over her.

"Ah! M-Meela? Meela!" Mitsu actually managed a smile, weak arms holding the ghost dog as she climbed into her bed happily, tail wagging and excited. She didn't appear to be unhappy and she looked really good. It was a relief to say the least though Mitsu could tell there was a bit of pent up energy.

If Candace hadn't spoken Mitsu never would have realized she was there. Her face fell for a moment as she turned toward the Hunter her hands coming up to barely catch the ball in time. She fumbled with it a bit before she clutched it close to her chest, Meela instantly circling around in front of her excitedly. The ghost dog knew what the ball meant. It was play time.

Mitsu stared at Meela for a long moment almost apologetically before she looked to Candace and got up to chuck the ball as hard as she could back in her direction. Immediately after she came lunging, though the Hunter wouldn't find the lycan hard to subdue.

Keep your guard up. She's literally a wolf in a cage that you have just stepped into. Atropos said gently, to which Candace simply smiled and nodded.

I'm aware.

The ghost dog barked and readied herself to chase after the ball. Mitsu wanted to play! Yay! Ya--...yay..? What was that look for? Her ears perked and she tilted her head this way and that, looking confused by the look the wolf ghoul was giving her. But then the ball went flying! Yay! Ball! Ballballball!

With an unreadable look Candace caught the ball easily and tossed it across the room in one fluid motion. The ghost dog chased after it. The Hunter kept her eyes on Mitsu as the wolf lunged at her, but the girl was severely weakened by both her injuries and her suppressant. She wasn't going to hurt Candace.

Candace turned and stepped out of the way, letting the girl hit the wall as hard as she had thrown herself. "Mitsu." She said tersely, trying to hold back her irritation. Candace grabbed her arms and held them in a tight grip, pinning the girl against the wall. "I have been nothing but nice since you got here. I didn't want to hurt you. I didn't want to have to take you by force. I wanted to just talk, but you made that impossible."

Her eyes narrowed. Fine. She'd play Alpha Wolf to Mitsu's bratty wolf. Candace didn't want it to come to this but she wasn't exactly the most patient person. She would display dominance over a caged wolf and make her listen.

"I provide you with clothes, entertainment and safety. Hell, tonight I was going to go into Halloween and get a nice dinner to bring back to you. I might still do that if you behave." She made an effort to stay calm despite the sharpness of her tone. Dealing with uncooperative teenagers wasn't exactly what Candace would call a good time. "I'm going to make this very clear. Mitsu, you're not going anywhere. This place? This island? Consider it home now. You're not leaving. Accept it."

She let go, stepping back a few feet away from the girl with a solemn face. "I kept my word. I didn't touch any of your friends when I had you, and neither did my Suns. They follow orders well." Candace reached down to accept the ball brought back to her by the excited ghost dog, tossing it across the room again. The dog took off again. "I've been reasonable, it's time you were too. Do you honestly think it's in your best interests to be hostile right now? It's not going to get you anywhere. If you kill me, what do you think will happen? You'll get out of this cell? Okay, sure. But what then? What will you do after that? Run the halls? Halls filled with hunters much stronger than I am? Hundreds of them?" She sighed. "You would die in a matter of seconds, and there's nothing here that will allow you to simply dissipate and reform. We have no pumpkins on this island."

Candace was not going to play Mitsu's game. She was in control here. "So tell me which option you think is best right now. Being reasonable and pampered by me, or pissing me off and letting the hunters that roam this building, or more importantly their leader, do whatever they want to you?" She crossed her arms. "Just listen to what I have to say."

Her reflexes just weren't there. Mitsu could see what was happening with her eyes but had no way to react in time. Instead she smacked against the wall with an 'oof' only to have her arms pinned behind her and her front pushed against the wall to keep her in place. A deep growl left her throat, her teeth bared like she was ready to fight but the energy to do so just wasn't there.

"You beat my friends and Shun senseless before bringing me back to shove me in a cage." Mitsu retorted. Some entertainment. "I don't want your pretend kindness or your food." Though her growling stomach said otherwise. The lycan was rather used to eating and being weak with injuries her body was craving an additional source of FEAR.

Tail twitching unhappily, Mitsu's ears were folded back as she turned her head enough to look at Candace with those wolfish eyes. "I might die...I might not. I'll never know until I try." Mitsu began to struggle again but the effort proved too much. Her body sagged against the wall as she began to breath heavily trying to summon up anything she had to transform. "I swear to Jack I will bite your head off.." She hissed. If only she could transform. She could feel the need to change there but her body just couldn't go through the motion.

"Let me go! I don't want to listen to anything you have to say you....you.." Okay Mitsu wasn't good with insults but for once one came to mind and she spat it out with all the hate she could muster. "Old Hag!"

Blah blah blah you hurt my blah blah friends. "If you had paid attention you'd know I only hit anyone twice. They're the ones who ganged up on me and tried to kill me." Okay, Candace. Because you're totally not the bad guy here. Not even a little. Right. She couldn't help but grin when she heard Mitsu's stomach growl. Didn't want food. Right. "How do you like your meat cooked, darling? I'll bring you a nice dinner. Maybe having some food from the other side will let your injuries heal a bit." because Candace did genuinely want Mitsu to heal up. It wouldn't do to have an injured student weaponized.

Sighing at her insistence, Candace pinched the bridge of her nose and closed her eyes. "Mitsu there is no might here. If you're out there on your own attacking people, especially if you've killed one already, you will undoubtedly die. You don't know where you are, you don't know how to get around. You need to let go of this fantasy that you can just leave. Because you cant, Mitsu." And there came the threat. Candace groaned. She really didn't want it to come to this. Why couldn't she just accept reality and ******** cooperate?! Candace reached under her cost and opened a pouch on her hip, taking out a glowing collar. It even had a tag on it that said Mitsu's name. Thankfully despite her treats the girl was too weak to fight her off as she fit the collar arou d her neck. "This collar is to keep you from transforming." Candace stated gently. Mitsu would hear the click of a lock before Candace let go. "In your current state, transforming would probably actually hurt you. You're seriously in no condition to be fighting."

Mitsu demanded to be let go again and Candace signed...again. Seriously?! Good lord she was whiny! She was about to remind her again it wouldnt be happening until Mitsu suddenly spat out her attempt at an insult. Candace stopped to just stare...and then laugh. "Cute! I'm not playing your little game, sweetheart. I'll let you play with Meela. Be back in an hour."

Candace stepped away then and out the door. It was slammed shut and followed by the sound of the door locking.

"I can just leave, you watch me." Mitsu growled.

And then there was the clicking of a lock as Candace put the collar in place. Mitsu could feel the device flush against her throat, forcing her to hold her form in place. Her eyes grew wide, a little more than unsettled by this new development. "W..what is..."

As Candace explained Mitsu didn't feel any better about it. Her hope for escape was diminishing to nothing. Before she didn't have her strength but in her true form she at least had her size. It was possible she could have barreled through people and made it out but now...now she was trapped in the form of a weak little ghoul who barely had the energy to stay on her feet.

As soon as Candace let go of her Mitsu began to sway, leaning against the wall for support as the Hunter took her leave. She turned her head to see her leaving and Mitsu rushed as fast as she could toward the door to grab the handle but the lock sounded just as she reached for it. In a futile effort Mitsu jerked and tugged on the handle to make it open but it was unwilling to yield. After several minutes she finally gave up letting out a scream of frustration before she began to tear at the collar around her throat instead.

Despite her claws digging into flesh it didn't seem like she was going to give up, staggering across the room as she fought against the runic collar. She finally stumbled and fell across the bed, her hands releasing the collar to brace herself against the hard mattress. Her breathing was already ragged from all the effort her eyes brimming with tears once again. Meela was beside her, she could feel the ghost dog nudging at her arm but for the moment she paid her no mind. Instead she began to claw at her bed since it was the only thing she could take her anger out on that would give, punching and tearing at it until she finally slide off onto the floor to sit beside the tattered remains of foam and sheets.

Meela tried to nudge Mitsu again, dropping the ball she had in her lap before licking her face. It seemed she was fairly certain playing ball would make her feel better. It was ball, how could it not make anyone feel better?

"Meela..." Mitsu wrapped her arms around the ghost dog's neck, burying her face out of view. "I want to go home, Meela." As she continued to hold onto the ghost dog Mitsu's shoulder's began to shake. "I'm scared, Meela." She whispered. Crying seemed to be the only escape at the moment and Mitsu just let loose, sobbing loudly without a care as to who would hear.

It was a solid twenty minutes before Mitsu calmed down again, hiccuping slightly as she sat on the floor leaned against what remained of the bed. She had finally relented to Meela's need to play, rolling the ball across the floor in the lazy manner. The ghost dog didn't seem to mind, trotting after the ball all the same to retrieve it and bring it back with a happy wagging tail. Looklooklook what I brought back for you! Aren't you proud?

Mitsu couldn't bring herself to smile, taking the slobbery wet ball and rolling it across the floor again before her fingers came up to touch the collar around her throat. She had no idea what to do. Shun would come get her wouldn't he? Mitsu was certain he would try his best but he was also injured. Would he push himself too far? It had her worried, hoping he wouldn't try anything reckless like going into the Haunted House alone.
