 Brigadier General Thomas Pryor
General Pryor had heard the privates comment but ignored it, but apparently Artyom and Trident hadn't. as the Venom had began to slow down and land, Thomas stepped out of the Venom, he had his M4 up and was looking around the area through his iron sights (him not liking the holo sights or scopes) looking for any signs of the things he had seen while they were coming in. Again the private made another comment, this time Pryor replied. "Listen, I think we need to keep the comments to a minimal, we don't want to attract any unnecessary attention." he said as he kept his eye's train on his weapons sights. He then said allowed to every one "I think Artyom should take point, He knows the city best."

 Master Sergeant Nora Rosenburg
It seemed that a lot of the other members had been particularly quiet on this mission. They must have all understood the danger that lie ahead. Everyone was preparing their weapons and getting ready to land. Nora wondered if any of them had a slight sickening feeling as was growing inside of her.
Soon Aingel was once more going over the game plan. The plan sounded simple enough and almost routine but they all knew that would not be the case today. She only hoped that they did find some survivors and without losing too many of the crew. No words, shoot it. Nora clicked that information into memory quickly and easily. They would be heading towards city hall in their search.
She smiled as the Marine Commander mentioned someone being 'acidentally' falling off the helicopter. Nora had to admit, she was surprised the Private had come along. If he turned into one of the creature unable to communicate, Nora was sure no one would hesitate to take him out. However, she knew that they needed to focus on surviving, not losing.
As the Vemon landed, Nora secured her helmet and shuffled out with the others. She took in Colonel Artyom's words. Though, she wondered if heading for the Metro would be wise. That area was probably swamped by who they were trying to avoid. When General Pryor suggested that Artyom take point, she stepped back, weapon at the ready for what was coming.

Alice Rozario Alice kept quiet all throughout the little exchange of words between the Private and the Marine Commander and Artyom, a wise thing to do according to her. Thankfully enough, the General made a valid point that all this could attract unwanted attention. The air brought to her a cold chill down her spine which then made her reflect back on Aingel's command, shoot if it doesn't speak. Easy enough for her to apply it to work when needed. Once the Venom landed, she hopped off along with the others, gripping on to her weapon. She looked around cautiously once, out of curiosity about the unknown, taking her place behind Nora. Though she'd deny it, the unknown out there did scare her at least a bit but also brought out a great deal of adrenaline to encounter something creepy and unnatural.

AVM Lightning II Location: On da ground Objective: Search for Survivors
Lightning dropped his foot on the ground after everyone else left the helicopter. Since Lightning is not familiar with ground combat, all he can do is to rely on every body else and follow them around, and of course, he puts his eyes on every single soldier to make sure they don't walk out of his sight. but before that, he asked a question.
"Mr. Artyom, should we split in groups or we will move in one single formation? You know, if we move in single formation we might ended up like the Russian troops who never came back home. And if we move in groups, it could be worse, or better in some ways...I will comply with your respond, since I was never a footman until now..."

 Colonel Artyom
Artyom looked back at Lightning "Your lucky we are on a mission and not back at base or i would have knocked the stupid out of your head with my AK" he said as he turned around looking at him.He then turned to Pyror "A good amount of my years i was stationed here with the rest of Alpha there is a few ways we can get out of this city and into the city hall if we can't push in just be glad they old and never updated that and what ever is fighting us would not be able to get in unless the door jams" he then said as he looked back to the blackness "it's unnatural that is for dam sure" he then said to himself

Commander TridentMarine Commander "Call to God if I cross your path and my silhouette hangs in the Aftermath; hope is a moment now long past, the shadow of death is the one I cast"--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I am not sitting here out in the open any longer."
He said from behind his ballistic mask and it went through the mic and to everyone, headsets so that they could clearly hear him speak. Trident moved from his kneeling position and took cover behind a wall before he moved again. John looked around the corner seeing no one, no signs of life or anything.
"I'm taking higher ground, I will give everyone cover so we don't get ambushed by what ever there hell is out there."
Commander Trident moved to the side the building were he could easily scale the side of it, he holstered his dual m1911s. John used his skills in parqour, to climb and scale the side of the building. He showed great skill as he climbed, not slipping once, and quickly made it to the top. Trident drew both pistols in one quick fluid motion out of their holsters and scanned the roof top, again there was nothing on the roof. The only thing that could be seen from the team on the ground was the skull on his ballistic mask, it was the only thing that was not black on his combat gear, and in the darkness was all that would be seen.

 Master Sergeant Nora Rosenburg
Nora's attention flickered to Lightning for a moment. Did he just call Colonel Artyom, Mister? That seemed odd to her and definitely insulting. It was proven to be insulting as the way Colonel Artyom responded and Nora had to hold back a giggle when he threatened to knock the stupid off of Lightning.
But just as Lightening had asked, Nora had waited for their next order. She thought it best that they not break into too small of groups but that one large group might draw on too much attention.
As Artyom formulated the plan, Commander Trident began to move to take action. He offered to be their eyes on a higher level and moved quickly to do as much. Nora would simply wait for the command and follow as needed. This place creeped her out way too much to move out on her own.

Staff Sergeant Henry Blackburn"Black"Thanks for the memories...Even though they weren't so great...------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blackburn felt chills run down his spine as he looked on into the darkness. He heard of things like this in books, but when he finally got to deal with real thing, he couldn't keep himself from being scared.
"I'm not liking this one bit!", he whispered to himself. He clutched his rifle close to his body and kept an eye out for any movement."Hope to God that we don't run into any of those 'things' like in Metro."
Blackburn listened to the man named Artyom while checking the lurking shadows. Running as one group seemed plausible while going out a couple of small groups seemed to be a death trap. Being only a Staff Sergeant, he kept his mouth shut and waited for orders.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell... With the troops unloaded, Aingel opened the throttle, and the Venom lifted into the air. He trained his spotlight, slaved to his helmet, down on the squad as they began advancing. The creatures seemed to be averse to the light, but Aingel's thermals could pick them up, in a weird way: They gave off no heat, so they were not hotter than the enviorment, but colder. He could see the dark blue blotches in his thermal sensors, scurrying away from the light, but over time, they slowly came back, staying a good 20 meters from its radius. Suddenly, a pair of figures broke from the group and rushed at the light. Alerted, Aingel radioed the squad. "Look out, two tangos advancing, three o' clock!" "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."
