Good. She wasn't giving up on him. That was good, and it helped to calm him down quite a bit. "I know that, too." He said, reaching up to run fingers through his hair. His mother had once told him to try and imagine what he thought his unlife might be like without Yin in it, if he had just broken off their friendship as soon as he realized he had feelings beyond that for the other boil. It had been unthinkable, really, a world he could not imagine being in. To now be faced with the fact that it might be a reality that was beyond his control, that was not even his choice..
The first red tinted wet tear coursed it's way down his face and he reached a hand up to brush it away. He really couldn't afford to be letting himself get swallowed up into all of these awful thoughts, but it was really quite difficult at the moment. He needed a plan, needed direction, a place to begin, to keep himself busy so that he knew he was doing everything that he possibly could.
"I don't even know where I could find her." He confessed. "And I doubt they'd let me in to the horsemen's encampment." He didn't even know a single horsemen, except..well, there was Sal, but he had no way of getting in contact with him either.
"But Jack damnit, I'm going to at least give it a try." He finished. "I have to. Danny..do you think anybody else has gone missing as well? There might be more then just Yin and Amphi...maybe we need to figure that out as well." There, he felt a little bit better now. Back on track. "Or...do you think it's worth it to go back to the locker room again?" That was another idea for consideration. The hunters might come back.

Ugh he was doing the crying thing. Danny knew it was wrong, but even now when people started crying she couldn't help but be a little grossed out. Why Jack made water and blood and liquids fall from people's faces was beyond her.
"I don't know," Danny answered honestly, "I hope not." She didn't know how much more she could take of this. Not one, but two of her best friends were gone. "Jack I'm so glad Rikki was up here when this all went on ..." Never had she been more grateful that Rikki slept in to ridiculous hours.
When he mentioned the locker room, Danny shook her head. "No, it was stupid. This is the second time hunters have gotten down there," Danny reminded him. "Don't go down there. It's not safe."

Don't worry Danny, his crying never lasted long. Lack of bodily fluids or something to do it with. In fact, the one tear seemed to be all that was coming out, this time.
So really, they had no idea how widespread this problem might be. And while Alex had taken a glance around the nurses office, Yin was the only one who had sprung to mind that was missing. Mei had been there, and Mort, as well as several others that he had seen down in the cavern.
"Right, it..probably wouldn't help much if we just went and got ourselves captured as well." He had to admit to himself that it was tempting, though. If he couldn't save Yin, to at least get to be with him one last time...
He sighed, his own plans formulating in his head. "What are you going to do, now?" He asked. He assumed she had other people to see, others to worry about. He and Danny weren't exactly even close friends, and he reminded himself that she had come here seeking Yin for help, not to be his shoulder to cry on.

Danny nodded, a smile even crossing her lips as Alex confirmed that he would stay away from the lockers. It was the right decision.
"Look for Amphi some more. I still haven't stopped by Lizzy's" She yawned. It was actually getting pretty late. "Go over to Rikki's and see if I can sleep." Wasn't likely.
She looked at him and said, "D'you need any help or anything? I can probably convince the monster dorm keeper to let you stay the night here if you want." It wasn't a secret she payed off the reaper one now to let her stay with Rikki and Roch later than she was supposed to. The monster one would be even less of a hassle.

"Nah, don't worry about it. I've never gotten in trouble for staying in the past, so I doubt they're going to start now." He really spent far more time over here then most people probably knew. "But I'm heading out for now as well...some more searching just to be on the safe side...." He had a feeling there was nothing to find, though.
"And I might see if I can take a stroll down the the horsemen encampment. Maybe there's a chance to get some information I just...I need to do something." He knew he had already said that, but still.
He offered Danny a small smile in return, a sad ghost of the grin that would normally be spread across his face. He felt guilty even for this little one. "Give me your number before you go?" He fished his phone out from his pocket, handing it over to her. "I'll let you know if i find anything out, or if I run into either Yin or Amphi."

Danny took the phone from his hand and quickly entered her number in, then handed it back to Alex. "Mhmm," she agreed, smiling.
They weren't really good friends or anything, but they were forced allies in this, so it helped that they were getting along. Danny just hoped they were okay. That was all she wanted.
"I'll see you later Alex," she said. Quietly, she added, "Stay safe." She took a few steps towards the door, and then she was out running down the hall towards Lizzy's room, trying not to think about it.
