He nodded slowly, "Yeah.. we kinda stay together sometimes..." A large herd, huh? "Are there goign to be any like you and me?" he asked, "You know. Wings." The normal him was somewhat coming back too. "Because I can't stand the idea of possibly living with those who live on the ground FOREVER." He then zigzagged through the air for a while, returning to Skyfyre's side.

"There is at least one other with wings a female that kinda stays shy. Sometimes a BIG red one with wings visits. So no we are not the only ones. Does your herdmate have wings? If not isn't living with him difficult too?"

It was like if he was returning back home to his winged herd, just that some members did not have any. He thought it wasa just a dream, but was not. It was actually coming true. What if he couldn't stand the herd though? Or what if they did not like him? What if Skyfyre or Karitoriki would just ignore him there? "Well yes, sorta. .. I took care of him once he was foaled. Odd how a mother or father would leave their child alone though."

"It is, is it not? My father keeps getting left by mates, he puts on a brave face though, Perhaps soon he will find the one he is meant for. He has never left us foals though if we need him he will come and we always have a warm place to come to." Skyfyre dipped in the air and then flapped back up having been disturbed by an errant burst of wind.

He watched, smiling, finally meeting someone who understood him, making him push away the thought that he was not a purebred. "He.. sounds like a loving Father." he muttered. "How terrible of not having the right mare, huh? But then again, his blood is spreading through the lands."

"Oh its spreading all right," Sky said sardonically. "The problem is finding out when the rascal is gonna stop." Sky looked down, then caught Regalia's eye and giggled. "Aw thats Dad for sure. Spicy and wanton. Shall we go for a nice cruise? My wings need a good stretch."

He was getting awfully tired of staying the the same spot for so long, so accepted the offer. "Yes, we should creep up on those cousins of yours down there." he joked.

"Oh what a brilliant idea. They know I'm coming, but they have no idea about you." He squealed in delight at the thought. "Oh yes lets." He folded his wings and dropped through the thermal toward his cousins, still not hiding well in their attempt to elude his sharp eyes.

Regalia dove after eager. He was the only survivor of his siblings and had to watch his parents suffer under the wrath of the Six, so his would be the closest thing to a decent 'relive a colthood memory' experience. Once he was a good distance away from the cousins, he flew up to meet the clouds, flying around like if he was an awaken piece of air.

Skyfyre divebombed Lankyeron. Giggling as he did so. A ways away he heard Kai swear and say " Who is that?!" He must have spotted the new herd member. Sky laughed. Lan was distressed too. What had just happened?
Ahh sweet chaos. For once it was Sky causing the trouble, his father would be proud.

Watching what could be fun from a distance was not.... fun. Wanting to return to the action, Regalia soared down like a hawk to land behind the one called Lan.

"Ack! who are you?!!!" Lan screamed at him.
"This is Regalia, our newest member, show some respect you harpy." Sky sneered at him. "You think I would let him down here if he were going to hurt you? Now whos the pansy."
Lan promptly started sulking and offered a quiet apology to Regalia.

Sky was impressed with himself. It wasn't often he spoke so firmly. Perhaps there was some of his Dad in him somewhere. He puffed up all happy like. "Say hello to our newest herd member."
"Hello" said Lan.
Kai slithered over and introduced himself as well. "You didn't happen to bring any females in with you did you?"
Lan rolled his eyes but listened intently for the answer. Sky just rolled his eyes.

He snorted, accepting Lan's words, but this Kai? "Aren't you supposed to bring me to your herd leader or something rather than questioning us about females?" Not waiting for a response, he lowered his head, carefully casting a glance around the surroundings. He knew he'd told Sky that he would show respect to his new herdmates, but he did not trust them.. not yet.
