So close to touching freedom, then I hear the guards call my name...
Angela grinned at him, leaning a little closer. "That would work so much better as flirty banter if you'd been gawking at me instead of everything but," she teased, leaning close enough to give give the tip of his nose a brief peck before she sat back, tipping her head up to look at the sky. "Well, I suppose I can't possibly compare to this place. It's utterly gorgeous here. I feel like could just fall back and go to sleep right here."
Taking a deep breath, Angela closed her eyes. "Hopefully this trip is better than the last one."
Oh yeah, the last trip was the winter trip. Ugh. That had been the worst trip ever until right up at the end when...Angela sighed. No, she didn't want to think of that, or think of him. At all.
Chloe had specifically told her to avoid thinking about things that stressed her out. "I'm definitely determined to have fun, this time."You can say it one more time, what you don't like,

Storm chuckled at her kissing his nose, "well i dont want it to go to your head. What happened last time? All the same, I will make sure you have a fun time! Not a problem!" He watched her as she looked around at the shrine. Again she looked exhasted. worn thin like an old shoe. almost sickly in a way that made him worry. He couldnt help but make sure...
"Are you ok angela? You look really tired."

Angela made a face. "Nothing worth discussing at this point," she said. "Well, I did fall down a mountain and nearly pass out from palpitations?" She shook her head. "I'm fine. Don't worry about me, alright?"
"There's just been a lot going on and I suppose it's just...I've been a little worked up about it. It's not really good for my heart. Er...literally. The replacement isn't quite as good as the original was so I have to be careful, you know, not to stress out or exert myself. Two things I'm not particularly good at."
"But I'm fine," she assured him. "it isn't as if this is a new condition. really. I'm totally fine."You can say it one more time, what you don't like,

 Edward Pourdlaw There was absolutely no reason for Edward to come here. He kind of wanted to relax at a chair in the entertainment area or a living room or even just chill out at his bed, but he had some restless energy that he had to get rid of and had to go outside for his daily stroll. Out of curiosity, he wandered to this shrine area and he saw two people inside chatting. For a moment, he thought that maybe he might be interrupting something personal, but by the looks of things, they just seemed like two friends chatting. If they looked at him like they didn't want him around if he approached them to say hello, then he might as well leave since he didn't want people who didn't appreciate his awesomeness.
Edward had no idea where Izzy and Jacob were, but he could go ahead and make friends on his own. It's not like he's committed to have them as his only friends. So he sauntered over to where the white haired girl was and the blonde boy. "Yo. Don't mind if I join you guys right or am I being a bit too much of a random stranger? This place is a heck of a resort and I'm surprised I haven't gotten lost yet."
Edward examined the two. He's seen the girl around at the school but not so much for the guy. Maybe a new student or a student that Edward didn't see around very much. "The name is Edward, by the way."

 AYAH EVANS Dripping wet.. Her clothes were really soaked.. Ayah paused for a while and squeeze the underlining of her top, before she took her head band off and pony as well.. She felt so bad.. First, she tripped at the river.. Second, Ayah lost her meal... The girl sighed looking at the ground..
Ayah saw three people nearby.. And she's not good when it comes to socializing.. nevertheless, she just went to the nearest tree and busied herself squeezing her wet clothes.. While ruffling her hair, just to dry her hair..
Still preoccupied.. She should have kiss his neck! Darn that girl! Whoever she is.. Ayah would love to kick her out to the abyss!.. "..I'm starving.." She grunt..

So that was the reason why She looked so exhausted! She had a new heart and everything!? Storm's face turned to from teasing determination, To scared and worried. Instantly guilt filled his heart. If he hadnt left he would have been able to talk to her when she needed it. To catch her when she fell. He knew that it wasnt her type of thing to be swooned over when she was hurt but that is beside the point, She was his friend and he felt he needed to be there.
He was about to Open his mouth to rant at her for not telling him about this sooner when a boy walked up to them. He had never seen him before so he must have arrived after he had already left. He seemed friendly enough though he looked over at Angela to make sure it was ok for him to join.
He stood tho and offered his hand to the guy, "Nice to meet you, My name is Anthony Storm Dayton Jr. You can call me Storm."

Angela saw the look on Storm's face and was going to reiterate for him not to worry (probably a vain effort at this point) but before she could do that, they were joined by another boy asking if he could join them.
"Pull up a patch of grass," Angela said, jokingly as she waved from the ground. Unlike Storm, she wasn't well mannered enough to actually stand up and greet him. "I'm Angela." She frowned when she heard another noise nearby. "Was that a grunt? Think they have wild pigs around here?"
She looked around the area, seeing a sopping girl off by a distant tree. Looks like someone had taken an unintentional dunk in the river. Angela wondered if she should call the girl over or just leave her be. She closed her eyes and leaned backwards, laying back in the grass so she could stare at the sky.
Eh. The girl would come over to them if she wanted to. Angela was just thinking how nice it would be to sleep here.You can say it one more time, what you don't like,

Edward Pourdlaw Edward grinned at the boy and shook his hand firmly. Nothing better than a manly handshake with iron grips! Of course, Edward didn't squeeze too hard. The boy seemed like a pansy or a pretty boy to him so he'll save the iron grip for manlier men. But he was glad to know the school wasn't infested with oddballs that shot random at every direction. "Yeah, same to you too." Edward said when he released Anthony-- erm, Storm's hand.
"Don't mind if I do," Edward answered to the girl who waved to the ground. He plopped down beside them. Seemed like a nice place for a nap. Maybe he won't sleep inside anymore and just sleep outdoors.
"A grunt? I heard wild boars are pretty dangerous. You think they would wander all the way over here?" Not that Edward would mind. He would enjoy wrestling one. He could smell the scent of a river in the air and the sound of dripping. Edward glanced around and noticed a girl just wringing the water out of her clothes. He hoped she didn't know they were there because it sure would be a lucky score if she had to pull those wet clothes off so she could dry off properly.
Although he had to wonder why she came here to dry off and didn't just return to the dorms. Perhaps she wasn't student?

He shook Edwards hand and Then sat back down next to Angela. He looked over at her as she lied back in the grass and tried not to let his worries push into his expression. His mind was preoccupied with too many thoughts. Family and sickness and praying and worrying... and boars. What would he do if Him and Angela needed to run away from a boar!? Mostly just fling her over his shoulder and use his speed to hightail it out of the area.
He looked out past the zen-like garden and trees and then looked at Edward. He was tall and seemed like the normal "jock" in stance. Something was off about him though. He wouldnt put it past the school to have odd people enrolled so he shrugged off the feeling. Edward was handsome enough and seemed generally friendly in demeanor. He decided to give the guy a chance.
"Eh, like they say Its probably more afraid of us than we are of him. If we stick together it might not wonder so close."

AYAH EVANS Somehow, Ayah managed to take the excess water off her dress.. And pulled back her hair into a pony tail with her headband.. She's indeed a mess.. She would just have to change her clothes.. And about the shower.. Err.. That will be fine.. As long as its not a body of water..
She stared at the tree for the brief moment.. Though she wanted to take one of those boys' blood.. Ayah couldn't unless they were alone.. And besides, another girl is there.. That would even make her secret vulgar..
Hopeless, Ayah sighed.. Maybe she would just suffice herself again another glass of tomato juice.. Curse this! Being a vampire really sucks! And probably one day, she will die because of anemia!.. She sat and curled.. How can she get someone just to give her blood?..
Ayah is too prideful enough to plead!.. No!..((Don't mind her xD she's just having thoughts coz she likes blood xD ))

"They are," Angela said. She grinned slightly. "But at least I have two meat shields to protect me while I run away to safety, yeah?" Not that she would actually leave them behind or anything. That would just be rude. But might as well tease them. "Anyway, I don't think it was actually a wild boar." She propped herself up on her elbows and nodded her head toward the girl lurking over at the edge of the shrine.
She hadn't come over to them yet so Angela assumed she wanted to be left alone.
"So Edward, you're fairly new at the school right? I've only seen you around a few times fairly recently--I've been sort of missing classes due to being ill so I don't know if we have class together but I've seen you in the halls and such. Are you liking Rosentale so far?"
"Storm actually just returned recently from a trip...so you've probably not seen him at all, yeah?"You can say it one more time, what you don't like,

Edward Pourdlaw That was probably true. Edward doubted there would be any wild boars. He'll have to go out looking for them. He grinned at Angela's comment. "Meat shields huh? You could at least say knights in shining armor or something. That would have a nice ring to it, doncha think, Storm?" Edward teased. Actually, he just realized how much he preferred the word 'hero' instead of knight in shining armor. It just seemed so old school. Whatever. Girls seemed to dig that stuff anyways.
"Yeah. I'm new. I think Rosentale's been pretty cool. I've met like one questionable person, but everyone else seems pretty decent." Edward answered. And all the babes were pretty hot... and some of guys even managed to take on pretty faces which Edward refused to admit out loud. Edward frowned at Angela "Ah man, that bites. Hopefully your illnesses can give you a break to go out and play at least."
He glanced at Storm. "Oh? So you went on a trip? Where'd you go?" Did he go off to places often or something?
Edward was still keeping an eye on the girl for the small chance she would strip. Of course he would go 'oh noes!' and cover his eyes with his hands, but, hey, what are finger's for? It's not that hard to peep through them.

Angela was right about the people leaving this place never to be seen from again. She was the only familiar face so far. Lets hope the rest of his friends were still around.
Storm chuckled out loud at edward's comment, " this guy has the perfect mindset! I mean, I'm Ayu's prince charming, i can be your Knight in shining armour!" He laughed. "save you from all those big bad beasties.." He teased. In all honesty he wanted to save her. She has always been through the tough stuff and she needed a break. It wasnt that he wanted to be righteous but something about saving people made him feel like he was making it up for being a vampire. Not to mention the damsel in distress was always a perk in Storm's eyes.
"Ah, i just had to go see my family." He shrugged and pulled at a clump of grass, knotting it into little knots and making sure his face showed no weakness or emotion. " My niece is pretty sick. She probably wont live much longer honestly. Thats why i came to the shrine. To pray for her."
He looked up and gave a soft smile.

AYAH EVANS Her ears perked up.. Did just someone say 'prayer'? Ayah straighten up.. If she would pray.. Someone would... That would probably help her!.. But... there's one problem...
She's really starving! No tomatoes!.. Ayah suddenly went to the three.. With a red tint from her cheeks.. She would have to swallow her pride again! Darn it! Ayah would kicked that tree out!.. Looking away.."I... I want to pray.. Can anyone teach me how to do it?"
She felt like loser!..((xDD ))

"I've never really been the sort of girl to rely on knights in shining armor," Angela teased. "Not much of a damsel in distress really. But, a good meat shield or two is always something I find useful in the right situations." She glanced over at Edward and sat up, stretching slightly. "So who's this 'questionable' person you've met. Because I can certainly come up with more than that off the top of my head."
"Sani, Markus, Professor Valentine, the teacher who took a bite out of my arm, my sister...and that's without giving it a lot of thought. I'm fairly certain there are more questionable people at the school than just that. A rather lot of them are actually on the staff." She frowned slightly. "You know, sometimes I worry a bit about the screening process they use when hiring."
Angela reached over and gave Storm's hand a squeeze. There wasn't much she could say about his niece. The woman was old (she assumed) and had lived her life. Angela was immortal and she hadn't lost anyone to time yet. She didn't have a lot of experience with which to comfort him.
At that, the other girl finally decided to stop being a hermit. She came over and...asked if they could teach her to pray. Er...if this was turning into some sort of weird religious prayer meeting, she was definitely going to leave.You can say it one more time, what you don't like,
