(( What does Japanese versions mean? Furuba is Japanese. Do you mean the manga that is in Japanese non-translated? They have translated ones all over the net. Anyway, your a Capricorn! Age: Fifteen! Just turned it. Yup yup. And yet, I don't feel any different from fourteen.
Occupation: I'm a freshman at West Warwick High School. My mom says I'm too young to work, so I'm contented to remain a non-working student.
Favorite Furuba Character: Isn't it obvious? Anyone with half a brain would be able to tell that Shigure rules my heart and that Hatori is close in second, with Hatsuharu and Momiji doing a three legged race behind them. I mean honestly...
Favorite animal(s): Moose! I love moose! Bet you thought I was going to say dogs, huh?
Family: Let's see... I've got a mom, a dad, a sister....yeah...that's the extent of it. Well, I've got a rather large extended family, but I'm not going to get into that. I'll start with my mom. She's very nice - ick, nice isn't a very nice word. Actually, she's a very kind person. It's very enjoyable to be able to play cards with her and my dad. I usually lose horribly, but oh well. She recently lost her job, but now she's got another one. I'm so proud of her. She's going to school, too. For medical stuff. I'm not exactly sure what she plans to do once she's out. I guess I'll find out eventually.
Now let's see...oh yeah, my dad. Now there's a funny guy. I mean it, too. Everyone says that I'm exactly like him - from my personality to my physical apperance. I guess I have to agree. I mean, I do have his hairline... Anyway, he's got a job, and always comes home with some odd stories of how he and the other guys at work play pranks on each other. Very funny pranks at that. My dad's a very religous guy. We talk alot, and about anything. It's really easy to talk to him, more so than my mom.
Ah, my sister. She's nine. Or rather, she just turned nine today. Yup yup. Her birthday is nine days after mine. She was born late, too. She was origionally due on my birthday. Now that would have been interesting. She acts so sweet around my friends. In all actuality, she's a little brat. And yet, I love her so much. It's fun to talk to her in the car-she can be quite funny. She's always on the move, too. I swear I've seen longer attention spans in rodents. She's a real girly-girl. When she has a friend over they play dress up or put on make up. And of course, "Let's ask Lisa to help!" always comes up. Geez, I don't even know the first thing about make up. She wears dresses and skirts every chance she's got. I don't know what I'm going to do with her.
Pets: Oh yeah. Gotta love pets. Ah ha ha ha....not really. I've got two cats. Neither of which are very smart. The older one, which is completely black, is named Cocoa. She's really my sister's cat, but I'm still going to list her. If you ever want to see an idiot, she'd be the perfect example. Seriously. Cats are supposed to be gracefull. This cat walks into so many walls its not even funny any more. And she trips so much! I'm surprised that she's still alive. She's had three liters, all before we adopted her and had her fixed.
My cat is just plain weird. Her name is Aries. At first glance, she's so beautiful. Her fur is a light brown, with orange mixed in. Shes's got a large orange band that goes half way around her waiste. When it starts getting dark out, her fur changes to a soft bluish color. It's amazing. Other than that, I think she's a bit confused. She's a huge cat, too. Twenty-two pounds! Cocoa only weighs eleven. I think Aries thinks she's a dog. If you call her name, she comes running. I mean that literally. She follows me every where, too. It's also quite frightening to watch her run. She runs like a tiger-extremely fast and loud. Well, none the less, she's a nut.
Birthday: My birthday, huh? Are you sure you want to know? Ha ha! "Why make such a big deal?" you ask. Well, I'm not. I'm only poking fun. I was born-hence birthday-on March 21, 1990, at 6:45 p.m.
Western sign: I'm a horse! Yup yup. Like Rin. She's cool, but I've always wanted to be born under the sign of the dog or the dragon. They've got so many qualities that I wish I had. I'm just white rice...
Eastern sign: I'm an Aries. I was born late and can identify more with Pices, the sign I was going to be born under. Never the less, I've always favored my sign, Aries. Although, I pick take water over fire any day!
Likes: Why is everyone looking at me like I've got twelve heads? Oh? You're not? Well excuse me. Just in case you haven't noticed, I like to bable. There's alot more than talking that I enjoy, too. Imagine that! I'd have to say that I really enjoy reading-manga and medieval/fantasy novels, especially Fruits Basket, Dragonlance, and The Lord of the Rings. I also enjoy writing. I'll write about anything. My Gaia journal helps me focus all of my random bable. I enjoy typing, too-except in typing class. Go figure. Lets see...ah, drawing is fun. Yup yup. I'm a pretty good cartoonist. I like to draw Disney characters. Such innocence, and so cute! My greatest wish is that I could draw manga. That'd be fun. I'd draw Fruits Basket characters constantly. I'm in an art class, too. The best thing about it is that my teacher doesn't make me use paint if I don't want to. I prefer to do things in black and white with pencil. But, I throw in color every so often. As hard as it is to believe, I'm not that great at being social. There's another side of me that always shows around people. My friends Jenn(Moonbeam77DPC) and Ashly are the only people that I let know what I'm feeling. I like being around them. Ashly is especially fun to bother. She's pretty funny, too. So is Jenn. I'll have to say that I enjoy pestering people in school-and yes, I do know when enough is enough. I always listen to music. The best! And I like to watch movies once in a great while. I really love Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail! The movie is master of all comedy. And trust me, I know funny when I see it. Hmm...for sports...I love watching football with my parents! Ah, so much fun. I like to play volleyball and badmitten and I love to swim and go roller blading. That reminds me. The beach! My favorite thing about summer is the beach. My dad and I go body surfing. And we go camping all the time. I bring a friend sometimes. I love languages, too. I want to speak so many! When I'm older, I want to be a novelist, translate books from different languages, and do voices for cartoon and video game characters. With my luck, I'll end up working at Macy's for the rest of my life...
Dislikes: I hate proof reading things. Not only is it annoying, but I suck at it. I probably have so many spelling mistakes that it hurts to read this. Hmm...oh well, you'll live. I can't stand swearing either. I know it's probably not very easy to tell, my swearing in this post is far over the normal limit. It only makes people sound stupid. Apparently they don't realize it. What really irks me is when people pick on my friends. I can not stand it! I'm still plotting revenge on a couple of kids that said some things about Jenn. Ah ha ha ha! They're going to wish that they never crossed my path. I don't know how many times I've had to restrain myself from attacking people during class-not that anyone can tell. All of their stupid little remarks about things that they have no business in or know nothing about. Oh, just thinking about it gets me angry. I've got extremely good hearing, so I catch alot of what those idiots say.
Apperance: Well, I've got two arms, legs, feet....oh, you knew that? Okay then. I've been told I look like my father. I do have his hairline, and I've got some pretty big shoulders for a girl. Yet, that's just what I've been told. I've got hazel eyes that change with what I wear. I like them. My hair is short. I've got a boy's haircut instead of keeping it long. It was always really wavy and frizzy, so I had to straighten it every morning. It used to be shoulder length and really dark brown. Thank goodness it's gone! My teeth are straight, I had my braces removed over a year ago. I'll admit, I'm not exactly that tall. I wish I were, though. I'm a bit on the chubby side, but I've lost a lot of weight. I started working out at the begining of this school year. I always wear baggy clothes, they're much more comfortable than tight ones. I have my favorite navy blue sweater that I wear constantly in the winter. Today people gasped and wondered where it was when I took it off. Eh, it was warm out. I've got a lot of freckles on my face, too. I like freckles.
Personality: My friends Jenn and Ashly are always telling me that I'm like Shigure. I'm not too sure they're right. My family is always telling me that I'm like my dad. I'm not sure they're right either. I will say that I'm a mix of them both. Or maybe my dad is like Shigure, or Shigure like my dad? Ah...whatever. Because of Ashly and Jenn, I've gained the nickname Shigure-san. We've come to the conclusion that Jenn is a Tohru clone, so we call her Tohru-kun, and Ashly is obsessed with Kyo, allowing us to dub her Kyon-Kyon and Kyonkichi-kun. I've already stated that I only show my laid back side to the world. I'm quite the goof ball in school. Jenn and Ashly are the only two of my friends that I trust enough to let my gaurd down when I'm around them. I'm loyal to my friends and family. I'll readily stand up to defend them and my beliefs, although I do have to restrain myself from jumping people at times. Did I mention that I like revenge? Oh, yes. I love revenge. I love getting my way. And I have no problem using or manipulating others. Hmm... I don't sound like such a carefree person anymore, do I? I belive in so many things, I'd die for so many things, yet I've become one thing I can't stand. I'm very selfish. I wish that I could be like Jenn, so selfless and sweet. Or like Ashly, so funny and helpful. Oh, I could be. But, I'm too stubborn to change. At the same time, I love and hate the darker side of me. I revel in what I can gain, yet I fear it. I ask only one thing of you: reserve your judgement. Oh dear, I've been extremely serious. You should consider yourself lucky. I'm not usually very serious online or around others. Ah ha ha, I've been so caught up in the writing that I didn't even realize it.
