Personality: Rough around the edges, yet with a soft inside, Minene's both the first person to denounce a bad idea....and yet, the first person to jump right into said idea. She's impulsive, extravagant, and shines brightly during times of crisis. While she's seems coarse, she's actually quite sweet underneath it, becoming fast friends with anyone who'll keep quiet enough to give her time to think.
Bio: Minene was raised up mostly by her strict, yet understanding father in a militant household. Push ups, eating meals properly and quickly, even some [light] firearms training. (Though, it was mostly for fun, rather than any serious work)
Her father had been a special forces agent, that occasionally assisted the Embryon on some of the more..covert missions. Though she didn't know of it, he had dealt with several less than human threats alongside them, then returning home to visit. One day though, he tragically lost his life to one of the said beings, in a mission gone Wrong... Worse still, thanks to the constant exposure of Demons and the Atma Virus from her father, she ended up contracting the Atma Virus herself, which leads into yet another problematic issue in her life.
One unfortunate night when she wasn't feeling well, a demon swooped down to attack her, hoping to get an easy meal. Despite her training from her father, (And being scared out of her wits), she eventually couldn't stop the demon's advances, and thus, thought all was lost. However, in this moment of hopelessness, her newfound instinct, alongside the Virus caused her to awaken to her Atma and fell the demon that was attempting to eat her.
However, despite her Atma's appearance, it came with a nasty side-effect. The gnawing, agonizing sensation of wanting to devour the flesh of others like her...not to mention being unable to completely sate it..
It was another turning point in her life, and a major personal issue for the longest time, alienating her from her former friends and family. After all, what if she just...couldn't control it, and she lunged out to devour her closest friends? Or some aggravating girl in a rival club? It was a constant worry for her...
Well, that is...until she was recruited by the Embryon. Within the organization, she managed to find many others like her, thus allowing her to share her own concerns and feelings, soon starting to feel more at home. On top of having people she could truly relate to, there was another draw of joining up with them for her though.
The Atma Cores...The things that they handed out to well-performing soldiers that.would allow her more control over her Atma, without having to devour other people or demons. The idea of suppressing that hunger completely was a solid (If impossible) goal in her mind, and over several years, she managed to ascend all the way up to the Lieutenant rank, making many a friend and Foe amoungst her fellow Embryon. Eventually, she was assigned to Inaba, the town with the...questionable mortality rates of the soldiers. Determined to change that stat for the better, and to show off her own talents and advancements, she transferred to the Squad of Haoul Yamakaji, with her Goals to harness full control over her Atma. And someday, to make Captain Rank herself. Hell, maybe even Brigadier General. Maybe...

Personality: Despite his intimidating appearance, Shiki is actually quite a decent person who is very easy to talk to and accommodating to those who approach him. Like his brother Shingo, he is serious about his job...perhaps a tad more so than Shingo...but does his best to put that aside when he is not on duty. Unlike his brother, he is a little more prone to take action when not on the job, but in those cases, is much more likely to use his own personal judgment than that of the Embryon. Is used to being ignored or feared due to his eyes and his dour face, thus does not tend to talk much unless approached. Rational, polite, and understanding. Tends to take the weird in stride, or if truly amused, with a smirk...while remaining a fairly normal person himself. Takes pleasure in small things...a few drinks after work. Kaiju films. Club soccer (watching, not playing). And his favorite, warm, soft pretzels. Thickly salted.
Bio: Like his brother, he was raised in a group of rogue Atma-Users who all awakened and grew on their own for some time. Unlike his brother who was three years younger, however, he saw the darker side of Atma in those days. He witnessed some of the first transformations, suffered from the Hunger more so than his brother, and was actually quite relieved when the Embryon discovered them and took those who surrendered into custody. It was still a peaceful and friendly group, but as any infected by the Atma Virus knows, there are times when good intentions simply can't sate the Hunger. He was thankful he and his brother never experienced that.

After training and growing up (the rest of his growing, anyway) in the Embryon, he served for a while before this assignment in Inaba. Whereas his brother was assigned to the reliable second-squadron under Kuro T. Hand, Shiki was assigned to the chaotic 5th Squadron to provide a veteran example as a 2nd Lieutenant. Despite not particularly desiring a leadership role, he tends to make himself available to those who need him. Though he prefers his work on the clock.

Personality: To sum it up in one word, Kogata is calm. In just about any situation she never loses her cool, and rarely loses her nerve. She's friendly and polite to her friends and comrades, but her personality turns cold when in battle.
Bio: Kogata is Half-Russian, Half-Japanese. Her father was a soldier in the Russian military, and someone she looked up to her whole life, Her mother was a Japanese dress maker, who often times few between Russia and Japan for the sake of work and family.
When Kogata joined the military, some of her comrades found her Japanese name to be difficult to say, thus she was given the much simpler nickname 'Natasha'. She took up the role of a sniper, preferring to do things from a distance. Once during a training op, she had noticed a tattoo-like mark had materialized on her upper arm, considering her situation, she paid it little mind. That is until a few days later when at a firing range, her arm transformed and fused with her rifle, transforming it, too.
She was transferred to the Embryon in Japan barely a month later, and has been there for several years, building herself somewhat of a reputation. She was recently transferred to the Inaba area, being made to leave her old squad. She received a pendant from them the day she left, as a memento, she keeps it with her at all times

Atma Avatar: Kogata's arm's transform, her left fuses with her rifle, transforming both into what is essentially an organic rail-gun. Her right, becomes armored, and almost unbreakable. Her left eye also transforms into an eyepatch-like goggle, allowing her to see (And shoot) for very long distances. She is able to focus single-hit melee-based attacks into the shots fired from her railgun.

Personality: Holly is a very happy-go-lucky girl, with often having a smile on her face. She does, however, become quite violent when someone that she dubs "not right" touches her forehead, hair, or top of her hood. Otherwise, she is just giggly and happy. When she is on the battlefield, she smiles often and sings songs while tearing at her opponent's body.
Bio: Long before Holly had joined the Embryon, she was an Atma user who delighted in killing others. In the past, there was several rumors about there being a little girl who was known to ask people to help her go to her family's house, but rarely any of the people who had helped her never lived, and the rare ones that did said that they saw a "Demon Wolf". So, when an Embryon officer had offered to help Holly out, they had found out that the Demon Wolf that had killed so many civilians was actually Holly herself. And when she was confronted, she was offered two options: To join with them or to die. Happily, Holly had decided to join with them, and was put under the second squad, under Kurou.

Personality: Synch is the kind to be loud, in charge, He likes to over-do things, and always puts forth as much effort as physically possible, even if everyone tells him to stop. He's always perky, and fired up for whatever action that he may have......Even basic, everyday activities.
Bio: Synch was a simple man. He worked hard, he played hard, and he sang Hard. He was scouted from a talent agency as a teenager, and he continued onto singing various kinds of music...and going on a World Tour, several times over.
One night during an after party, in a particularly rambunctious session, one of the ladies shifted into a succubus demon, and went to take him for herself....
At this though, his latent power awoke, and he was able to defeat her, saving both himself, and his fans. Soon after, he was scouted by the Embryon for his powers, and along with providing some Good PR, he also fought on behalf of them. Though he had a brief one-night Stand with Death, thanks to a fan's desire. (Made through a Divine Crystal), he was back for an encore once more!

Personality: Zukahashi is more of a silent kind of person, preferring to not talk about himself, Often times preferring to talk the higher ups, although usually about assignments, and to “Sheoldred”. When in battle, he focuses solely on one opponent, ignoring all outside influences and disturbances, and puts all force on silencing them as fast as he can, so he can be ready for the next assignment.
Bio: Zukahashi had lived quite a damaged childhood, having an abusive and drunkard father, and a negligent and slutty mother. He had been beaten day in and day out, having learned that it must have been his reason of birth. And at school, he seemed to always be the one the bullies picked on, and quite frequently as well. And over the time, he had gotten used to being beat up. But at that point, one of the students had decided to step things up, and they had started using him as an ashtray. But at that point, he had transformed into his Atma form, and had then began to silence the students that were troubling him, knocking each of them out, and then reverted back to his normal form. At that point, his mind was warped, and had obtained a psychiatric imaginary friend, as well as a semi-cracked psyche. He was then recently recruited by the Embryon, which he forwardly agreed, saying that “I think joining would help greatly with Sheoldred’s plans”. Afterwards, He had been with the Embryon, working diligently for the Embryon cause, as well as “Sheoldred’s” silent will.
