"Alright. I'll check into that one first then." Grabbing hold of the newly washed dishes handed to her, Kat merely shrugged. "I don't mind. One of the girls I used to know was really into comics. It was her addiction, really." She grinned, thinking back to the good 'ol days. "Though, I can't really remember a lot about it, so.." another shrug.
"Really?" She couldn't picture Bix as a computer nerd. Though, trying to brought a small smile to her features. "I don't know if I could handle a computer. I had enough trouble getting the hang of a cell phone."
She paused, trying to think over answer to his question carefully. "I believe so, yes. Though, the idea of never owning a cat is a depressing thought. I wonder if anyone would ever know if I snuck one in? Hmm.."

"Well I mean.. not like a programming kind of nerd." Bix, while talking, seemed to do better on the dishes than he did in silence. He seemed to burn through the smaller things like utensils and cups. "But I really miss the internet man. And not the weird deus internet.. REAL internet. And video games." Bix groaned in his love of games and swayed dramatically at the sink. As Kat mentioned pets he flailed, water spraying a bit. "Ah sorry.. but I wondered too! If we could sneak in a pet. Like I dunno a small dog.. a pug or something?" Of course it may get insanity infected or.. get eaten by some sort of shadow monster or something. "I guess I would feel shitty if something happened to it though."

"I wouldn't know." She admitted. "Though..I had been dragged into playing a few games with friends a couple of times. Don't ask me what they were though. I seriously wouldn't be able to tell you." All she knew, is that they were a little fun to play. Certainly passed by the time quick as well. Speaking of which, they had practically cleaned just about every dish in here. Only a few remained,
Using the dish towel as a shield from the water, she set it back down when he had finished flailing. "Yeahhh..aside from the thought of getting ripped a new one for having a pet in the facility, that was the other thing stopping me from attempting such a thing. I heard that there was some freaky things around Deus for a while."

"Yeah we get so much crap so often.. Literally and figuratively. I actually had to clean up minipet mess and.. that smell does not come out." The last huge dish was a tray, a big silver thing that looked pretty fancy. Who the hell was eating off fancy dishes? The certainly didn't use them in the cafeteria.. Bix glanced around behind him looking for the supervisor. "What do you say," his head swung around again, "after this dish we skip out? I'll feed you some comic or something. Really.. anything but this.." His voice had dropped to a whisper.

Kat cringed at the mention of cleaning various minipet leavings. "I heard about that horror. I uh..I must have been sick that day." She coughed. It was quite obvious that she may have skipped out on that mission. Her gaze landed on the tray, as Bix pulled it over to clean. She never knew they even had dishes like this at Deus. Maybe it was the doctor's? Or Caelius'? Who's ever it was, it was a behemoth of a dish!
Grinning, she nodded at his suggestion. "Sounds good to me. I think we've washed enough dishes to last us a year." It really was quite amazing how many dishes had stacked up in one day. Then again, there was just that many hunters. She felt pity for the next poor b*****d who got roped into this.

Bix handed the dish over to her to be dried and at the same time kept a lookout for the douchey supervisor while he turned off the water, trained the washtub, and removed his apron and gloves.
He really did look shady as he loitered around, peering over dishes and tables and pots for the coast to be clear. "Least with the minis we got paid a hefty ransom for our suffering." He grabbed his side a minute, wound aching as he stretched.
"I think he's gone.. " he ducked a bit behind a cart. He was probably being over dramatic about it but it was more fun if you acted like it was prison break. "Ready?"

Kat worked on drying the dish, letting Bix get to work on keeping a look out for the supervisor. Snorting, she only shook her head, checking over the dish for anything left to dry. "I dunno..I don't think I could take any kind of payment to take on that job." With the dish dried, she proceeded to grab a permanent marker that was left behind by someone. "Almost." Pulling the cap off, she then wrote 'PRINCESS' on the fancy tray. With that done, she moved to follow Bix, but not before tossing the apron aside. "Okay, ready."
