The boy nodded, pushing himself higher up on the structure, grinning. "Of course, but explorerers go everywhere, even the hardest places in the world." He replied, continuing to climb up the structure, his tail waving freely behind him. It was rather easy for him, as he was older, and used to climbing things. Certainly he wasn't any sort of professional, but he didn't have a problem with slipping on things anymore. Not liek he had when he was younger. The boy had a decent set of balance when he bothered to use it, the problem was he tended to jump at things before planning how he was going to makeit all turn out, and work. Well, at least he wasn't going to fall off this thing. Right?
He paused a moment to stare ahead, trying to spot their next obstacle. Something nearby... He eyed the area. Some kids... A slide... No, what kind of trial would that be... Oh, one of those little fort things. With the odd netting you climbed up, a balancing bar... A pole you could slide down, and another one... That span around in a spiral instead. That'd be interesting to ride... But no... He didn't exactly see it as a play structure... More likes... "Ruins... There are ruins at the top of the mountain." He proclaimed, beginning to climb again. "Maybe the treasure is in the ruins!?" He called excitedly, managing to get worked up in his own game.

"I guess they would have to. They go to find cool and weird things." Explorers sunded like explore which ment they went looking for things, or thats what Lian gathered. Lian pulled himself up to where the other boy was and looked over. He looked at the other structure a bit. Ruins? He tilted his head to look at it from another angle. Oh now he saw it.
"What kind of treasure do you think is in the ruins?" He followed behind Keanu. His tail was straigh out behind him, much like cats do when balancing. Lian glanced down noticing how high they were, though it really didn't bother him. It didn't matter aslong as you didn't fall right?

He clung to the bars once he'd reached the top, watching the ruins. "Absolutely, interesting things are never in a simple to find area." He replied, tail waving back, and forth slightly. He ducked his head slightly in thought at the next question. What kind? Oh... Dear well... "I'm not sure, we won't know until we find it." He replied, moving forward across the bars. The jungle gym was shaped somewhat like a box with the bars, so kids would climb inthe middle, as well as around the outside. If you fell, well... It might not be good. But Keanu didn't really know what danger was, or didn't realize it. He could be considered near fearless. Save for the few rare things that did reach into that part of his head.
"Ruins have old things. Like ancient civilization stuff, and..." He trained off, trying to think. "They have neat things. So it will be good." He replied, continuing along, ignoring how high he was. It wouldn't have bothered the leopard much anyway. He reached the edge of the structure before long, and turned, starting to climb down now. "Perhaps in the ruins there will be a clue to where the treasure is. You never know." He added, obviously getting wrapped up in his own game now. This wasn't really a playground anymore to him. "But we have to hurry, or other explorers might find it first!"

Lian stopped at the edge, listening to Keanu. "So it could be like gold or something?" He stopped to think for a moment, not noticing that he was being left behind. It could be anything couldn't it. What if it was a book though. Lian squished his face in discust for a moment. Keanu saying that others might get the treasure first snapped him out of his imagination.
"Oh we can't let that happen." he scuttled across the top part, making sure not to step on anyones fingers who was climbing underneath. He got to the edge and did a little flip on the bar, only to find he wasn't facing the right way to climb down. He frowned and turned around facing the bars again.
"Do you think there'll be traps or monsters gaurding it?"

"Yeah anything. I don't know, but in stories it's always good!" The boy called to the others question. Certainly it could be a book, an ancient text from another civilization. A map to tell him how to get to the real treasure. Anything. He continued to decend from the heights, letting go once he was near enough to the ground.
"We can't let anyone find it first, that's right!" He called, taking a second to regain his balance, and looking up to wait for his fellow adventurer. Tail flicking to, and fro impatiently. Every second ticked away on the clock, every one of those moments gave someone another chance to close in. "And of course there will be traps, and things, Lian! What kind of adventure is it without them?" He added, seeming all too pleased with the idea. "Monsters, and traps to fight because anything good is worth working for!"
Ah there went that hard working spirit of his again. He couldn't picture doing anything halfway, so if he was to do a treasure hunt. Of course there would be trials. Anything that got in his way that he could turn into a test to see if they where worthy of the treasure awaiting them. "But don't worry, we can handle it!"

"Kinda of like in video games too..." Lian dropped when he felt he was close enough. He spread his arms out to help him regain his balance. He had watched Sciz play all those fantasy games, and the treasure was always really cool, so maybe it'd be like that here too. He crossed his arms and puffed out his chest.
"I'll help you defeat those monsters, I'm not afraid. Good always wins and gets the treasure" He nodded then cracked a grin. he started off to the 'Ruins' after Keanu.

"Like a video what?" The boy asked, obviously he was too busy playing outside to deal with games. He only knew what he read in books, and saw. Frankly, he'd never played a game before, because Raja didn't want him to become addicted. It might have done good on rainy days if she had though. Oh well, her loss.
"Yeah! We're two strong adventurers! No bad monsters are going to get in our way!" He called, starting to run toward the structure as the other had caught up again. He made sure not to run into anyone, or get in anyones way as he did. Being a bother wouldn't be very heroish, he'd be... Well rude. He was heading for one of the net things specifically though, seeing it as something quite different than it was.
"We'll get in by climbing the vines along the wall, then from the lowerledges procede up further into the ruins." He called, glancing over his shoulder to his partner in crime. "Then maybe we can find some clues as to the treasures wereabouts!"

"Video games, you play em on your TV with a controler. They let you be anyone who you want to be, sometimes you're the hero saving the world or you're a spy sneaking into a bad guys base." Okay so he didn't know the depth of some of the games. He's still at the age where everythings black and white and didn't get every concept a game tried to offer.
Lian hated running. He wasn't very fast and he never really knew why, though for right now it was okay. This was probably why Lian didn't care much for soccer. He was happy to get to the rope ladder/net obsticule.
"Okay, I'll keep my eyes pealed." Lian didn't know what the sentence really met, its just something he picked out of a converstion once. Though he was distracted by how the net moved around while climbing on it, this was different.

And the concept baffled him... Somewhat. A controller? Tv? He didn't like TV... It tended to be boring, and had little about fun things on it. Just about people, and boring stuff. Though occaisionally he found a good show, about myths, and stuff. He'd watch that. But the stuf Tai-Yun liked to turn on was silly, in his opinion. Thought he concept of being a hero he liked. "Sounds a lot like books." He replied, huffing slightly as he ran along. Books he liked, so maybe he would like these games too. Anything with heros couldn't be bad, right?
Keanu was a good runner, not as fast as Sahra, but he could run quickly, and efficiently. To gain speed for ajump. Not that he realized that, Keanu tended to stay on the ground. He'd learn eventually. The boy raced along until he reached the rope thing, and raised an eyebrow at the others statement. What on earth did that mean? "Eh? Ok..." He'd just assume it was good. He caught the net, and after taking a few moment to try, and figure out a pattern of movements gave up. This thing was random.
He unsteadily began making his way up, almost falling once, but catching himself. He narrowed his eyes stubbornly, forcing himself to keep moving. He had to get there first, he wouldn't let anyone else near the treasure. Well, save for his partner. "This is just the start of the tricks these ruins will play on us."

"I'll have to get some of those books. I didn't know there were good stories like that..." Lian was interested in the conversation but he kept having the problem of always missing the rope, His foot would go through the hole. He finaly got to the platform and glared at the rope net.
"I hope theres something harder then that, or I'll be disappointed." Looking ahead there was a spot of logs strung together to mimic a rope bridge. Of course there was railings to keep kids from falling off while the ground below your feet wiggled around.

The boy finally made it to the top, after struggling with the ropes for a bit, and eyed the bridge with some interest. "Yeah, books are good sometimes. The interesting ones are very good." He rather liked stories, they had the ability to take you anywhere, and to be anyone. Sort of anyway. But back to what was important, that bridge before him. The task at hand.
He watched it wriggling from a previous person who crossed it, before shaking his head. "Ah don't worry, it'll get harder. Starts with this bridge." He said, stepping closer to where the bridge started, but not onto it. "This bridge is old, we need to run across it quickly. Or it'll break beneath us, and we'll fall into the abyss." He said, turning to look back at the other boy? "Are you ready?"
He didn't wait for the others repsonse as he suddenly braced himself near the edge, and darted across the 'rickety old bridge' as quickly as he could. Really the boy was running as if hellfire was on his tail, or perhaps his mum was trying to cut his hair again. Either one would work to describe the moment.

"Eh!?" he looked over the edge underneath the 'bridge' as he edged up to it. That was quite a fall. The rocks at the bottom were jagged. He was to busy looking over the edge when Keanu muttered something and ran across.
"Ah wait up." Lian chased after the older boy. Not with the same amount of energy, however, that Keanu had running across the the bridge before him. He made it to the edge gasping for breath a bit after that sudeen burst of running.

The boy reached the other side, and quickly moved away as if he could see the boards falling out behind the younger child as he ran. He huffed, trying to catch his breath as the other reached him, shaking his head at the bridge. "You just made it..." He grinned, still panting a bit. "Good job... Come on, let's look for clues." He added, stepping away from the bridge, over toward where the structure went a bit higher.
"We can see better up here..." He mumbled, pulling himself up a short metal ladder, and onto another wooden platform, before moving up a few steps to the highest level. Really, it wasn't that tall, nothing that was dangerous if you fell. Certainly you COULD get hurt, but nothing life threatening. At least... Not in reality.
"Whoa... The forest goes on forever..." The leopard mumbled, a grin spreading along his features as he glanced down. "So much nice misty jungle. Wish we had time to exploe it, but we need to find clues. You see any, partner?" He asked, turning away from the 'view', and trying to spot if there was any good clues toward the treasure to be had.

Lian looked behind him at the bridge he barely managed to get across. He wondered if they'd try to get back the same way across the rickety bridge. "Right clues." He glanced around while waiting to climb up the metal ladder, or what was really a stone wall.
"Ah we can see the whole ruins from up here." Lian went to an edge once he was on the next level and looked out at the 'forest'. The panda looked back onto the structure when he remembered he was looking for clues not being awed by the view.
"Hmm.. oh what about this?" There was some scribbling on the wood of one of the beams. It was left by some kid who probably thought it fun to color the wood some day.

Of course they wouldn't go back THAT way. It was all too deadly. There was no bridge to cross anymore, it had collapsed after the two kids had tumbled across it.
Keanu knelt hunting around on the structures surface for a clue. Brushing away at some of the dirt people had tracked up there with time. "Mm, you can see really far. I bet the treasure is within eyeshot of here." He replied, continuing to search for the clue that HAD to be there.
Though he wouldn't be the one to find it. Both ears perked as the panda spoke, and the leopard raised his head. "Eh? Lemme see." He scamped over, eyeing the words, and running his hand along them. "It's ancient hieroglyphics..." He mumbled, squinting as if trying to read it. "It says the treasure is south, and guarded by a big mean monster." He added, nodding as if this was all true. In fact the message was probably jibberish.
"Come on, this ways south." Woops, that was north. Oh well, maybe eventually Keanu would figure that out. Still, he toddled toward one of the slides, and sat down to get out of the ruins. To him the short ride was a long tunnel of twists, turns, and a few blades nearly sawing him in half. Well, he'd never be acused of lacking an imagination.
