"Will you join me on a most important mission, bro?" She sparkled, clasping his outstretched hands in her own in an overly dramatic manner, "Uncovering the past, teaching others how to make love... And chiiiiiiillllll."
She then let his hands go, flopping back down on her seat, grinning widely as she gave Mot a thumbs up; it was odd to see him in a not-cowboil hat, but the detective hat looked good on him anyway! She took out a matching detective hat, only this one was was a lighter shade of brown compared to the one she got for him, "Students by day, detectives by night~ Never giving up on a real fright~ Detective Mot and Lizzy will solve all mysteries!"

"What? Is that what this is?" Mot asked, sounding taken aback. "You liiiied to me." He gave his best mock frown, leaning back defensively. "I will not be teaching the act of love making and chill nothing!"
He leaned over and flicked her nose again. "That Akithor was a baaaad influence on you."
Mot chuckled at her little song, or whatever that had been, crossing his arms. It was getting easier and easier to forget his troubles.

"Oh goodness, bro! I would never lie to you... We chill, after all," Lizzy nodded, covering her nose with one hand when he decided to flick it again, "But Mot bro! It is good to... Make love." She decided to wriggle her eyebrow at the boil in a suggestive way, although soon ended up giggling to herself.
"Mmm, I'm a little sleepy," She muttered sheepishly, readjusting her detective's hat, making sure that it wasn't snagged on her head spikes.

Mot cringed at her teasing, practically ready to curl into himself. He remained silent and simply gave her a look of disgruntlement.
"Then sleep. It will make the train ride go faster." He said with a small smile, sliding the hat off his head for now.

"'Kay, bro," She yawned, closing her eyes before dragging her bag from under the seat again, hugging it to her chest; after all, it felt odd to sleep without something to hug, "You get some rest too..." She trailed off, leaning against Mot for support as she slowly drifted off.
In that final moment between lucidity and Xiu-land, she muttered, her voice barely audible above the noise of the train, "... If I had met you first, I might have crushed on you instead."

"Yeah." He'd rest, but likely he wouldn't sleep. Even with Lizzy leaning on him. Actually, that was comforting. He raised an arm and wrapped it over her shoulder, using what minimal body heat his twiggy frame produced to keep the spider demon warm.
She started to drift off, and was content to sit in silence. Peaceful silence. But it didn't happen that way. Lizzy's sleepy mumbling proved to be horribly distracting. "What..?"
Was she serious?
That.. rocked things a bit. Maybe he misheard it..
