"Been my home longer'n it's been yours, girl," Agrin informed her, only to then be buffeted by her fists. Shards, maybe he was starting to get a little too old for this! Grunting, he took another swing at her.

Courath: Attacking Agrisk
There wasn't much she could do to defend against the awful pulling except to not fight against it. His teeth still ripped into her but as he pulled she clung to his face with her claws and teeth, not resisting the motion that would've certainly separated flesh from bone. She did little if anything to his thick hide though.

"Then why are you doing this?!" His punch took her square in the chest, sending her reeling backwards. She remained on her feet and gasped with the pain from her own bruises and the phantom pain radiating from Courath. "He's killing her! Stop him!" She rushed back at Agrin, her little fists once again striking where they could.

This was good! This was much better than when there had been lots of bigs and people. One little big was easy - why didn't they find more of these? Chortling merrily, he bit at her again.

"Because it's my home," he panted in answer, this time opting to ignore her blows and keep going on the offensive instead of defending against them. He was tough enough to take it! Or so he liked to think.
"Couldn't if I wanted to." Unconcerned about the state of the girl's dragon, he aimed a punch at his opponent's temple.

Courath: Attacking Agrisk
She would NOT give in to fear! Though her rider may be near insensible with panic Courath would keep a level head for the both of them. Still trapped within the jaws of the large bronze wher she had no means for escape or defense. Instead she continued to use her claws and teeth as best she can, aiming for his eyes.

Dizzian: Attacking Agrin
Because it was his home? He was a Trine native, someone who called her wonderful Weyr home and yet he'd still join sides with those who would tear it apart? She was too young and too naive to understand what the dragonriders might have done to deserve such hate. As a weyrbrat she'd spent her life wanting to join their elite ranks, never considering that they may not be as spectacular as they seemed.
The punch caught her square on the side of the head, sending her staggering and her vision swimming. She didn't go down just yet though. No, with her dragon in danger she couldn't afford to indulge in her own bodies weaknesses. She had to stop this man and his mad wher. Dizzian fought through her dizziness and charged at him, head and shoulders held low.

Yes yes yes, this was good, a very good fight. Not a challenging one, but one where he was winning and not getting very hurt, and that definitely constituted a good fight. The little big kept trying to scrabble at him, but it wasn't enough to pierce his thick hide.
His jaws still clamped down, he shook his head from side to side.

Sharding kid! The charge took him by surprise, knocking him off-balance and onto his back. Swearing, he kicked at the rider from his position on the ground, hoping to take her feet out from under her.

Courath: Attacking Agrisk
She was weakening. Nothing she did could convince the bronze to let her go. Courath's teeth and claws here of no use against his thick hide and if she squirmed too much she could do herself more harm. She held on, only to keep herself from being tossed around like a rag doll, using what strength she had left to scream and buffet him with her wings and tail, hoping to confuse him enough to halt the awful chewing.

She knocked him down! Her charge had worked and brought him to the ground! Her satisfaction was short lived as Courath screamed and the man took her legs from beneath her. She hit the ground beside him hard, swearing herself as the forest debris dug into her skin. She kicked out at his side from where she lay.

The little green's screaming only encouraged the vicious bronze, and the incessant attempts to beat him with her wings was annoying! He released his bite and snarled, striking at her wings with his claws.

Coughing, Agrin rolled and hauled himself up into a kneeling position, although his aging joints protested the movement. Still, he was quick enough to avoid taking another blow. Looming over the rider, he punched down at her.
