Melody blushed as she looked away in embarrasment. "Uhm... Its a song from the lands below... Its called.. I Believe I Can Fly.." She flickered her eyes around before finally looking back up at Andreios. "Songs just seem to.. pop in my head and get stuck... It.. just happens. I'm sorry.." She apologized. She was fully aware that her musical nature tended to annoy others quite often. Its why she strayed and wandered so often.

Rei looked at the mare as she turned away in embarrassment. "It's okay, Mel, I don't mind. I quite like music." He wasn't having to fake anything, he was being sincere with everything he told the girl. Andreios smiled fondly at the mare, she was a pleasure to be around.

Melody looked up at Andreios, shy delight crossing her golden eyes. "You... you really don't mind?" She asked softly, slightly surprised that he would be so accepting.

Laughing at her surprise, "Why would I mind? Music is an expression of the soul when words just won't do." Laughter stayed in his eyes as he began to graze, hoping she would start singing again.

Melody blushed again as the male began to graze. She looked up at the sky, not hungry, and watched a raven circling around overhead with a hawk just above him. She began humming the same song again, but when it came to the chorus, her voice picked up and the words formed in her mouth without a second thought. "I believe I can fly..." "I believe I can touch the sky.." "I think about it every night and day.." "Spread my wings and fly away.."

Andreios watched as Melody looked to the two birds in the sky and began to hum the song, which quickly turned into actual words. "You voice is beautiful, Melody. I can see how you got your name." He commented softly.

Rei smiled politely at the mare's stuttering. "Your voice is one that I'm sure many two-leggers seek and dream about." He commented before turning his head back down and grazing.

Melody smiled at the male, thinking about possibly Choosing one day... The two-legger would definitely have to love music.. or else Melody would be as irritating as a hornet in the ear. She watched the male for a few moments before shyly thinking of something she wanted to show him. "Rei?... Wanna see something neat?" She asked.

"Sure." Andreios said enthusiastically. His ears perking up in a curious manner as he looked towards her for more direction.

Melody's blush remained on her face. "Follow me.." She said leading him further into the trees. She had just stumbled across a small canyon that had beautiful acoustics, and echoed everything. She wanted him to hear her singing into the canyon. It was definitely a beautiful experience.

The winged stallion followed the eccentric mare through the woods where they ended up on the edge of a canyon. The canyon itself was a sight to see, but he instantly knew the reason she had wanted him to be here. The domed shape of the canyon would reflect their voices right back at them, making beautiful acoustics.

Melody smiled back at Rei before approaching the edge of the canyon, pebbles sliding down the side from the shifting weight she put on it. She closed her eyes and sighed, waiting for the right song to come to her, and when it did, it was perfect. "I can show you the world.... Shining shimmering splendid..." She lightly turned to see Rei's reaction to her voice echoing back even prettier than when it left her mouth. "Tell me princess, when was the last time you let your heart decide?" She paused slightly, wondering if he could sing before she moved on to the rest of the song.

Smiling, Rei actually knew the song she was singing. Now, not wanting to be made a fool of by singing the girls' line, he skipped a few. "A whole new world, a new fantastic point of view....no one to tell us no, or where to go...or say we're only dreaming...." His low voice resonated through the canyon.

Melody grinned as she looked at him with a bit of surprise. He really did have a nice voice. "You sound nice, Andreios. You too, have a beautiful voice." She complemented softly.
