Umbia! Okay, he'd have to remember that. And remember her face. He was actually pretty good at that, at least. Perhaps because he didn't have too much else to occupy his brain. "Right. Okay, I'm Donar." Because it seemed fair that she should get to know his name too. Unless he had already said that at some point. Hopefully he hadn't, Donar didn't want to feel silly.
When the subject turned to the snake, he continued to look a little out of his element. "Um... no, not really. I guess back home we'd probably kill..." He realized what he said might be a little indelicate, and his following expression was very clearly an 'oops' face. "I mean! not that I'll do it now, it's just, back then–" He sighed. "Or at least shooed it.. him. Away." Granted, the Aali'makabila had been more strongly opposed to larger things, like leopards and cheetah and what-have-you. Things that really got in the way. Smaller creatures were usually just ignored, unless they started getting too close and irritating.
"Um... snakes are cool." He said in an attempt to make things 'nice' again, but didn't look at all like he believed in his own words. But Donar was willing to get used to them.
