"Are we going to be ok?" The stallion fluttered his wings slightly as he returned her worried nuzzle. His biggest concern was the impact it would have on their own small family... or lack there-of right now. Day had a secret hope that the nursery glades were being set up because of the chance of their own family growing once again but it seemed more and more that they would not be blessed with children any more. He was willing to accept that though his secret wish would be to have little foals at least once more before he grew too old. Still, that was a little selfish in his regards and he coerced his thoughts back to the current problem. He would need to talk to Nidawi before anyone else and get a stock of their current herbs. Day considered talking to Malis about creating a small envoy, just in case it was needed for traveling outside of the protected territories.

The mare nodded and nuzzled Day once more. "We will be ok, that I can promise." She put on a brave smile, "It will take a lot more than a couple of skinwalkers to take down the Willowglen herd!" Imogen shifted her weight to let the shrinking flutter stallion rest upon her back. After she knew he was settled upon her shoulder, the mare made her way out of the clearning towards the central ones where she could find others to start spreading the word. They all had a lot of preparation to do if Malis' plans were to unfold correctly...

Narrowed violet eyes watched from a corner of the glade covered in shadows. The young mare smile in delight as she caught most of what the meeting was about. She was pretty sure she knew the weaknesses of the area and decided it might be the perfect time to exploit them and let certain people know of their locations. Especially if the baskets she had seen earlier meant that there were foals. They might be the perfect bargaining chip she needed. Slinking back, the mare made sure to cover all her tracks in the off chance she was spotted. So far she had been lucky but that was more for her consistent attention to detail rather than relying on luck to cover her a**. After making sure the coast was clear, she took off for the river, planning on turning north when she got there. It was time to make a connection...
