He dodged. He wasn't sure he liked that strange gleam in her eyes, Fai decided. And as much fun as this game was, he really DID need to get a mask for that dance of the school's. There would be time to discover the toys of this world soon enough!

Come to her pretty naked pony. She will put cloths on you and then to the maul you would take her. Grinning with her own set of fangs, she bounced over to him again.

Oh no, he wasn't going to lose this game, he thought, grinning wider and showing the teeth again. This was far more fun than he'd had in a while. He'd almost thought he wouldn't have fun again--
And most importantly, he didn't plan to lose. He dodged, trying to avoid the pin once more.

Game or not, Desu-chan just wanted to get on the pony and take a ride. Was that to much too ask? Some might say yes, but she said no. Spinning, she moved to put the pin in his hair.

"Well, damn," Fai said with a sigh as Precious came to life, trying to shake the pin off. "Ah well, I need to resume my mission now," he said, heading for his clothing and slipping it back on. "But if you would be so kind, darkling, could you tell me how I could get to this... 'maul' place?"

She smiled, taking a photo of him with the pin before typing out a message. Quote: You will let me ride you to maul. I show the way easy peasy.

He read it, then tilted his head slightly. "Darkling, I believe you have a misconception about horsemen. I don't become the horse, unlike the protectors, I just summon it," he told her, holding out one hand. FEAR gathered at his fingertips, taking the form of a rather bony, rather creepy looking steed with a simple black leather saddle with gold accents. "But if you wish to ride Yumyum, I would be happy to accommodate you." He pulled himself into the saddle easily, then held out a hand to offer to help her up.

Pony. PONYPONYPONY Desu-chan practically vibrated with excitement as she got up to join him, type a text at him quickly after. Quote: Yumyum is cutest! Okay, maul is... Direction given, Desu-chan considered this a win on all sides.

He remembered Yumyum taking less effort to form, Fai thought with a slight frown as he started his steed forward. Many things had taken less effort--he had been faster, as well. Absently following the instructions he was given over that strange "phone" device, Fai's analytical mind was studying the problem at hand. It was a matter of FEAR, he understood. The FEAR here was clearly different--it was apparent in the flora and the minipets, most obviously, but also in the more advanced beings. But he was NOT from here. Although Horsemen were created of FEAR just as the creatures here were, somehow that FEAR was...
Just... different. (As much as that vague classification rankled on his nerves.)
And because that FEAR was different, he forced himself to go on, it was obvious that he and the other horsemen might have more trouble using it. It hadn't been obvious to him before, a fight with an Alpaca really wasn't something to judge your strength against, but--
If he was correct, he thought, pulling absently to a stop in front of the maul. Yumyum dissipated the moment they were off, and Fai had to take a second to recover--then the horsemen were at a disadvantage.
Well... damn.
