Remarque would absolutely believe that Bazzite was well-meaning, though seemed to be, regrettably, off his rocker all the same. He had registered as an innocent to Remarque as well, who had a hard time comparing the male to anything other than a child. A very outgoing, albeit helpful child, who was simply ignorant and kind hearted—and probably not suited for the front line in any war.
“Oh, he said a lot of things,” Remarque spoke, leaning back to crack his back a bit before he settled himself again. “Let’s see, what did he say,” Jett murmured, pondering for a moment as he strained to recollect all that was said. “He said you had a great coat, and he gushed about your paintbrush for a bit—” Jett shrugged at that “—Said you were a great guy.”
He leaned back a bit, adding after a moment, “He said he wanted to get stronger, be better. Just wanted to make you proud. But.” He offered Benitoite a stern look. "You didn't hear that from me."

"He would say that about my coat. I believe he once had taken it and run around with it tied about his head screaming something about vikings." He stated, sniffing once to show his amusement but also displeasure at someone running around like that. "He is...harmless and certainly charming both powered and as a civilian."
Nodding his head he tipped his head back, smiling softly. "Yes, I know. I hope he does become stronger for me, I don't wish to worry over him as I do. Should harm come to him I know I would seek vengeance upon whoever hurt him. I won't allow him to be hurt in this war, not if I can help it." It wasn't any sort of romantic feelings but the protective feelings he felt for the innocent that was Bazzite. He didn't want to see him torn apart, possibly beyond repair, by this war.
"I am proud of him already, but I still want more from him." Looking back at the other. "Perhaps with this group it seems we'll be forming that will happen. I hope everyone involved can become stronger. Now though I think we should part ways, I have a certain senshi of camouflage to text and set a private meeting up with, then we will all meet." He would meet her as soon as he could, and get a look around the theater before hosting anything. he needed to check out damage to the place and see if any homeless were squatting there. Standing slowly he dusted himself off gently. "I do wish you a safe evening, if you need anything I hope you can send one of your helpers to me for help." He didn't know if it was possible but if so he hoped the other would do so, since who knows who else was out and about.

Remarque couldn’t help but snicker at the idea of Bazzite running around with Benitoite’s coat on his head, and screaming about Vikings was just so ridiculous that it just seemed to fit the male so perfectly. He shook his head to dispel the thought and then pushed himself up. He was still entirely soaked, however it didn’t stop him from trying to brush off the moisture that had gathered while he was sitting.
Though he had probably known Bazzite for far less time than Benitoite, he could sympathize with not wanting harm to come to him. Not that Remarque could claim to be the most moral or sympathetic, but Bazzite’s enthusiasm and energy he would have been disappointed to seen warped by the conflict of war.
“Sounds good to me,” he concluded, flashing Benitoite a quick grin. “Good seeing you again. Thanks for filling me in on everything. You have a safe evening, and I’ll catch up with you again on Saturday.”
