I have yet to see any raw Japanese tankoubon at my local Borders. ;_;
Although, they do make up for it with the fairly recent Yaoi manga they have acquired. mrgreen

My friend, my lovely, wonderful friend, saw Death Note in a store in May and got it for me for my birthday. I still treasure it to this very day T-T
I really don't want Viz to publish it. They've messed up Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, basically everything that is in Jump and Shonen Jump [Jump is the Japanese version] that they've gotten their hands on.
I'm really not looking forward to this. Bad companies are taking away everything important to me T-T Next it'll be D. Gray-man or Zombie Powder.

I don't find they did too bad with Angel Sanctuary... Then again, I have most of Angel Sanctuary in French... Same with Fushigi Yuugi...
Grrr, why can't DN have been picked up by a French publisher, too?!

Viz just announced that they will be releasing D.Gray-Man!!! eek Hmm, Viz took HunterxHunter, too... what I'm scared of is seeing it on TV. What makes anyone think Naruto be on TV?! Like, I barely know anything about it, and I KNOW it is not really something to show in an after-school timeslot. Bleegggh. HunterxHunter... isn't very violent, so I guess it could get some slot sometime in the future (although the manga is MUCH more violent), but if they do, they MUST get good voice actors! Or else I'll scream... and heck, there's not a lot of them... Although I did like the Bebop dub... *babble*

I really like D.Gray-Man... though I keep forgetting just how good it is. O__O; I really like all the characters and the violence and meaningfulness of it all.
