Hi. I am Mamarita, Rita to a lot of people. I am Captain of the GGN Moderators Guild, VC and crew on several other guilds. I have spearheaded the guild update furor on Gaia for the past several years and the one that has taken the flak from the forums for coming down hard on the developers for ignoring the guilds. You want to hear the cold hard truth about what we will/can/cannot/will not get from them, I am the person to talk to. I will do what I can to help here, but don't expect me to lead you on a fairy tale ride. I will be very realistic about what we can expect. Then again, the more noise we made,the better chance we have of making them find the time, personnel and money to get things done.

Seriously, I don't have my true nickname, but just call me Alex. I'm going to be 16 this year and the shocking truth is I'm a tough girl not a guy or gay--I love this avi! I'm the head for Dark Guardians. What's my plan? No idea. Last year, I wanted to work on human genome project and now I just simply want to be something more interesting; being nothing.

Replacement Assassin Seriously, I don't have my true nickname, but just call me Alex. I'm going to be 16 this year and the shocking truth is I'm a tough girl not a guy or gay--I love this avi! I'm the head for Dark Guardians. What's my plan? No idea. Last year, I wanted to work on human genome project and now I just simply want to be something more interesting; being nothing. Welcome!

Ebony the Peacian Hi everyone! I'm Ebony, the Captain of the Newbie Supporting and Training Guild, and have been on Gaia since July '05. I'm a rising sophomore in college and am majoring in Political Science and minoring in Spanish. For fun, I write poetry, watch anime, and hang out in guilds. cat_3nodding Oh wow, I've been trying to clean this place up enough to invite you in and you just wandered over on your own. That sounds a lot more stalkerish than it did in my head. . . my wife's a member of NSTG and we both really respect what y'all do. Yours is exactly the kind of guild we wish guilds could be. I would definitely be interested in both. I usually don't sign up to join the crew of different guilds, no matter how much I love them, simply because I feel like it would be disservice to both guilds I'm a crewmember of, but I might be able to make an exception for this amazing cause. We truly need to stand together on this issue -- rationally, passionately, intelligently, lovingly, and relentlessly, and I think that this guild can be the embodiment of our endeavors and hopes.

Ebony the Peacian Wow! I'm honored that you would say that about the NSTG. I assure you that the NSTG is what it is today because of the wonderful Crew I work with and its equally-awesome members. What's your wife's username, by the way? Maybe we know her! ^__^

Ebony the Peacian I know umbraja! She's nothing short of a gem from the PM exchanges I've had of her and what I've seen of her in the guild. She's awesome.

That's so sweet of her to say; by no means am I a great graphic artist -- I literally learned how to make image-maps from a great guide! I would be happy to utilize my skills to make announcements and such for this guild as well. What you could do is have a talented graphic artist make a great banner or image, and I could easily code it. It takes ten minutes tops!
I love the Movement Mission sticky, I can tell you that much. Just the right amount of things are tl;dr-friendly (in lists), but the real substance and purpose of the movement is explained so beautifully.

If they get caught writing it off, they can get in serious trouble. Because the paper and ink and postage is totally justified for 93 cents, right? xD Auto lenders do the same thing- my brother got a payoff bill on his car for about twelve cents ;3
