"Maybe. You should be more careful about that. You're pretty short as is-ss-ss-ss" Pepin had a small short circuit before pushing the handles on the door to open access for Before. "Come on you can do it, lets go lets go!" she cheered then started flailing and pointing down the long hall of stores and their small signs sticking out to identify themselves.
"I dont really buy the same kind of clothes a lot of others buy," she began to ponder out loud. "But I look at them all anyway so I can tell my designer to COPY THEEEEEEEEEEEM-" she squealed when her eyes caught an almost identical black body suit to the one she was wearing in a window. "Its... Beautiful..." she whimpered quietly.

Before felt a stab at his pride, he was pretty short. Both in and out of golems and it seemed like he was fated to forever have that as a sore point. But instead of being surly at the ghost-girl, he just sniffled and skittered quickly into the store. "You have personal dezzzigner? That izzz awezzzome!!!" he squealed. Genuinely. His mother, his human mother, had always stressed the importance of having a good designer. His estimation of Pepin just kept soaring <3333
The sudden squeal had him cringing, however, but when multifaceted eyes caught sight of the outfit, he had to nod. "Neat-o! Don't think that comezzz in my zzzize though. Don't think any of thezzze come in my zzzize," he realized oAo
Vanna wondered why exactly Before seemed so upset. It wasn't as if he was actually going to be able to wear any of them once he left the golem. And maybe just out of spite, she muttered that the suit in the window was tacky.

"Yea they make me all my clothes.." she slowly tugged at the highest point on her bikini line and watched the attached wrinkles not doing what normal wrinkles do, but getting all datamoshy and boxy. Pepin had to literally download her clothes onto herself. "Well no, these are for myyYYyyyYyyyy size," she giggled and waved her arms around her pear-shaped silhouette of a body.
"THESE are more your size-" she snickered and stepped just a few doors down to a scarelings' store and elbowed Before teasingly.

He looked up at Pepin, tilting his head in curiosity at the reaction her clothing made. "Guezzz that meanzzz zzzome thingzzz don't change about you?" Yes, he still remembered her exceptionally generous gesture of letting her see if her cleavage pixelatted upon touch. OwO It had been one of the happiest two-seconds of his life.
However, the golem's proboscis-like mouth curled into a pout at the ribbing 8CCCCC then again, it was better than what he initially thought to suggest they look at. "At leazzzt it'zzz better'n checking dollzzz clothezzz. Thozzze don't look like they function well on real people." He made a face. Or rather the tried to make a face. Before wasn't entirely sure how the facial features of a flyman worked.
"You gonna take picturezzz of the suit?" he asked, reaching out to touch the fabric, wondering what it was made of and then deciding that maybe he was better off not knowing.

"Of COURSE not!" Pepin said as if she were excited about it. "Nah why would I, I have lots of clothes right now after I got an upgrade," she skipped along and passed a mini store. "You got any minis?" she asked the flyman curiously, her hands folded behind her back.
"My little Redensek has been calming down a lot since we got to Amityville," she pined. Oh she wished she'd brought him to show Before! "OH MY I need to show you Redensek! > biggrin " Her face nearly replicated that emoticon perfectly. "When we get done here you wanna meet him? YOU BETTER MEET HIM!"
All the while Pepin seemed to be.. a speed shopper given her erratic wandering around.

The hunter in golem's clothing was doing his utmost best to keep up, which isn't really saying a lot given his tiny legs and the erratic manner Pepin was moving about. xnx Before was going to need a nice nap after this.
"Oh, I don't have a mini of my own," he answered, trying to sound sad, "We zzzhare our minizzz," he added. It was true, minipet duty on Deus was a chore everyone got a shift for. "But I do have a favorite~ it'zzz a teeny widdle pony~" he clapped, "And it hazzz a nozzze for finding bootzzz!" ^w^ When the glitch-ghost made that face, Before wished fervently he could take pictures.
Pepin was just too, too awesome to be a candidate for weaponization. It wouldn't be right and he'll be damned if he let anyone try. He'll just... fudge his report on this particular encounter, yeah, that totes won't bite him in the a** later. "Who is Redensek? And yayzzz! Imma meet him!"

Daw Before. Can I squeeze your cheeks? Never mind Pepin might just do it for me. "A pony? That sounds stupid," she snorted a laugh. Hell she didn't mean it but... PEPIN. "REDENSEK? HES MY VOCALEPUS AND HE IS MY LITTLE HELPER FOR EVERYTHING AT MY DORM!" Sounded like now she HAD to show him. "I should've let you meet him before BUT WE CAN DO THAT AFTER YAY!"
Passing by the smoothie place reminded her of the time she'd had a drink out with Christof and giving the igor an uncomfortable brain freeze. "Yuuuuuummmm" she remarked as they strode past it. "HEY YOU DONT WANT A SMOOTHIE DO YOU? Theyve got all kinds of flavors, like bloodberry and cobweb candy!"

"Zzzoundzzz like a plan~" Before happily nodded, the notion that he might be going into a girl's room no longer as shocking as it would have been prior to him becoming good friends with a certain female trainee.
While the hunter himself was curious about these smoothie flavors, he wasn't sure if golems could eat or drink. Would it affect the golem's composition? Would it make it unstable? In some ways, this would have been a pretty good time to try except if it did make the golem dissipate faster, it meant he'd had to go back to Deus sooner 8<<< nyuuuuu~
"Hive-momzzz might get mad at me iffin' I don't zzzhare. Buuuuut mebbe I can bring zzzome home inzzztead?" he answered thoughtfully, "But if you wanna get zzzome, I'm totezzz okay with that." ^u^b

"OKAY THAT WORKS-" Yoink. Pepin took any sort of vague yes, okay maybe MAYBE as a HELL YEA LETS DO IT. "You can share with your momz and it would make them so happy! and then everyone will be happy. I think its a good idea." The glitch ghoul pumped her arms excitedly. "No need to worry about a bill though, alright?" she winked and floated up to the counter leaning herself on it and batting her eyes.
"One medium ectoblast and a large vomitcomet for my flying friend here. They're gonna share it with their momz!" she exclaimed.
The cashier looked over at Before and shrugged maintaining a straight face. "Will that be all for you ma-"
"YES." Pepin hissed impatiently. As the order was rung up the ghoul slid a hand underneath the frontside of the cash-register and watched as it beeped and fizzled and flashed loudly. This cashier was either new or really did not care as they waited for the spectacle to be over and once more shrugged. "Uh.. okay coming right up-" he said then turned away to start the blenders.
"EASY. AS. PI." she snickered to Before.

Before was not very versed in the customs of Halloween shopping. Thankfully his devil shield partner was and somewhere in the back of Before's mind, a face wrought from metal had her jaw agape.
Silly Before, she just. She. This. Dangerous. She is very dangerous, Vanna declared. To which the Mist Trainee gave a mental response of O.o?
If Vanna had a palm it would be pressed against her forehead as she explained the transaction that didn't go as it should. Rather than horror at the theft and what would surely be a clerical nightmare, Before just stared up in awe, the corners of his golem's proboscis-like mouth pulled upward so high the smile would reach his ears if he had any in this form.
"That'zzz amazzzing~" His golem wings vibrated in excitement at the thrill of being an accomplice, an accessory! ******** this was so much fun! He was beginning to wonder why Deus was so against Halloweeners.Then the memory of Gale on the brink of death flashed before his eyes. Then that of Bix getting his back singed to a crisp.
Oh. Right. But the glitch-ghost wasn't like that! It's not like Hunters were electronic, yeah? He stood on tiptoes, motioning for Pepin to lean closer so he could whisper into her ear, "Can... can you do that to other zzztuff?"

Huni Pi HEY GURL HAY sorry for the wait! Lol those fright night tags were like 8 pages of my notices
She jumped up and down like a stereotypical ghoul and friend over something exciting then lurched her head back when the cashier returned with their drinks. "THANK U" she blurted while grabbing the drinks and shoving one towards Before. "Oh?" Pepin bent down and stood where she could hear the other and snorted. "Of course I c-aca-an! DUUUuuuuh!" she smiled thrusting the drink into his hands then took a big long sip of her own, shivering. "BRBbrbrbrrr. Yea I can do whatever I want to that stuff its all mineee heeheheeheeee.." she giggled darkly.
"Come on lets keep window walkin-z-and drink."

Before accepted the drink without thinking, multifaceted eyes still staring up in adoration of the glitch-ghost. He found himself hanging onto her every word and half-running to keep up with her strides. "Zzzo neat-o! We gotta zzzave up our allowanzzz if we want any cool zzztuff of our own." Before was certainly having no trouble playing the part of a petulant teenager, his maturity level didn't quite match his real age. But as he toddled after Pepin, he spotted something from the corner of his eye that made him stop in his tracks.
"OH MY JACK!!!! YOU GUYZZZ HAVE THEZZZE TOO!??!" he gasped, pointing at a toy store's display window filled with gaming consoles. He never realized Halloween had their own version and was suddenly filled with the desire to see them up close. Hugging the drink to his chest, Before scooted excitedly towards the store and pressed his golem's face longingly against the glass.

"ALLOWANCE?!" Pepin hissed wildly. "Thats ridiculoussszzzzZzZzsttt-" the glitch ghoul was about to short circuit over the thought when Before announced interest in a particular shop. One that... pepin was not actually allowed to go in, ironically.
"heeeee....HEEEEEEE EEEEEEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEEEE," she started to snicker manically. "this place..." she lowered her voice to a whisper and followed him up to the window. A less daft looking boil behind the counter had spotted them and suddenly kept up shaking his head. Pepin sneered and suddenly made a mad dash into the window. It was impossible to tell which game system shed popped into but the store guy looked confused and concerned.
"Hey you don't know that ghoul by chance do you?" he said in a panic, "my boss will UNRAVEL if I don't keep her out... No seriously he will Unravel. " he looked totally unprepared and had several customers craning their neck to see what he was doing. They needed to make their purchases!

Before wasn't aware of the ban on Pepin's presence. He couldn't really blame them, given the glitch-ghost's nature but that didn't mean he wasn't going to take her side. Multifaceted eyes stared up at the Halloweener in pretty much genuine confusion, "I know zzzhe'zzz awezzzome if that'zzz what you're azzzking~" he buzzed unhelpfully. Was he trying to stall? Act as decoy? It was anyone's guess but Before could feel the tiny heart pounding against his chest in excited anticipation. "Maybe you can zzztaple your bozzz to keep him from unraveling?" he suggested, equally unhelpfully. ^w^?

"You know I've tried that once-" he replied to Before frantically. "It doesn't keep him sealed tightly enough... uh.." he scratched his grotesque pubescent facial hair.
Behind him though, Before would be able to see Pepin's face flashing up on some of the screens, winking at him and pointing into the shop at a number of hanging virtual pet devices, mouthing, "Do you want one?"
