"No.. n-no, I know he wasn't anything l-like me," Anna said, with a sigh of relief. Slowly, she sat back on her heels, ignoring the dirt. "How could they just... look inside heads like that? I-I mean, um. I don't expect you to know, um... b-but it seems... strange? T-to show us something like that, from the past... why?" She frowned. She didn't expect this boil to have all the answers, or indeed any answers, but just talking to somebody was... "S-sorry, um... I haven't really talked to anybody about this, so... i-it's kind of nice?" she offered, shyly.

"I honestly don't know what to say." Why they had trance, why they had by all purposes, invaded people's memories, and then were left questioning. "It's good to talk about things really." His tail moved a bit of it's own accord, bushing against her. "It had given un questions and we must seek the answers I think. That is all we can do for now."

"Answers... they told me this school was, um. Strange," she said, after a moment. "H-have you been on any other, um, field trips? N-not that that one counted, not... not really, we didn't go anywhere... um... but yes, other trips? One of my friends went, but she didn't want to talk about it when she came back. She seemed, um, relieved? That I hadn't gone?"That was possibly the longest series of sentences Anna had said at once since coming to Amityville.

"None so... extravagant like where they went to the island, but I expect in due time I will. It seems to be a running thing here." A shrug. "The trips seem to be draining, both physically and emotionally. But all tests of life are such, so when I think of those things I must not look to them for immediate answers so much as I must look for insight as to what I might learn. Does that make sense?"

He laughed. "Calm is.. untrue. I worry, but I do not let my worry or fears control me. I must accept what comes and what maybe, because to worry, to fight fate is a fool's errand." Tail gave a small flick. "But, a good cup of tea and an hour of meditation always can help."
