Now Shaheen was usually of the more serious sort. She could normally keep her emotions under check, though she was finding that harder and harder to do as the days went boy and the whispers in her head continued their steady drone at the back of her mind. Still, for her to burst out into gales of laughter? No, it just never happened. Not even on her best day, after goading Shik relentlessly and then ending with several spars where she kicked everyones a** to the pumpkin sun and back. Nope, she had more self control then that.
And it yet it had happened on this day, but would it happen a second time? Almost...almost but not quite. She was very, very close when Zhi began waving his arms around, spouting gibberish like it made any sense at all, however.
"Yes." She insisted, still smirking, unable to keep her amusement from glittering in her eyes. Oh, but this one was fun to be around, wasn't he? Maybe her impressions of conquest were all wrong! Maybe they weren't just a bunch of over dressed, snooty, and uptight jerks.
Or maybe they were, and that was why this was so damned enjoyable~
When he finally took her measurements and stepped away, she let her arms drop back down to her sides.
"That will be fine, thank you." She was tempted to do more. To lean in close and whisper some lewd comment in his ear just to see his reaction, but she somehow restrained himself, instead crossing her arms slowly over her chest and tilting her head at him.
"You are a funny man, Zhiqiang. I look forward to seeing you again. Soon." Yes, she would be most pleased to have an opportunity to tease him yet more in the future.
With her business done, and with a smirk still plastered across her face, Shaheen turned to stride off back from where she had come from, after a few long steps she began to jog, her wings unfolding behind her just before she took off into the sky.
