Explore the Passageway


Bella was right on everybody's heels, and she wasn't stopping to think about whether it was safe to head down into the dark or not. Clearly, this was a passageway to a secret exit that would lead them OUT. And out meant freedom.

She was so ready to get out.

She tugged on Dis and Rowly, trying to keep them close as she headed in, and saw Westhor glowing up ahead. "There, that guy's the ticket. Let's try to keep close, so we can see where we're going."

STAYING

The trail, and the group, had led them here. It was dark, where everyone was going. It was the kind of darkness that made Selene go DNW and stop in her tracks.

They were in a library, after all. If everybody wanted to go exploring, that was fine.. she would just.. stay. Stay here and wait for them to return.

Right.

"Careful, everyone.." She whispered, not that anyone could hear her. She sat down in one of the chairs at the library, finally letting Arcana go, and watched student after student go in. "Well it just doesn't seem right, going in a dark and dangerous place like that. It just.. doesn't seem right. Someone should go tell a teacher about this place, really.."

She was considering it.

"Maybe I should just.." The sound of voices coming towards her made her voice squeak and go silent, and she froze in place in her chair. Oh no, oh nononoo.. they were going to get in so much trouble!

Exploring the Passageway

Malcolm, after parting ways with Jinhai, followed the students who were on the trail of... Something or someone. The red substance reminded him so much of blood, but it wasn't like the blood that he was used to; this blood smelled metallic, and even he could tell that it wasn't anything that came out of someone made of Fear... It was rather intriguing.

As he slipped into the passageway, he soon realized that it was too dark for him to see anything; he didn't have matches or anything that he could use to light up the way... Although... Was that a faint glow ahead? He could hear someone going on about 'bros' and 'sisters', and he could only conclude that... That person must be Westhor, up to his antics again.

With a sigh, he summoned his staff, the glow from the eye sockets of the sabertooth skull mounted on the top providing him with just enough light to make sure that he wouldn't walk into any walls, or any one for that matter, since the glow of his weapon soon reflected off a very familiar back view.

"Selene," He frowned, raising one eyebrow, "You are the last person I would expect to see here."

And before she knew it Westhor was there and then out of sight in the tunnel. His light was some guidance but how far would it take her. At least it gave her enough time to see that it was Vel with her. That was okay then. As long as it wasn't d**k touching her boobs.

"Let's get goin' then. Wait up Westhor!"

They both fell into dead ends. Rilect stepped back and tried a different route. It carried him to another dead end. "I hope that you're having better luck than me." He told his companion, rubbing his forehead with a regretful motion. He slightly winced at the pain, wondering how cramped the passageway would soon become.

Since most of the students seemed intent on exploring -- him being included in the ranks -- he wished that it might be a little easier. Except, that would be too easy. Relict wryly grinned, knowing that even as he shallowly thought these thoughts, inwardly, he was looking forward to this no matter what happened.

There were strange whispers, talking, and even.. singing. Even in a dark passage way -- or maybe it was because of their circumstances, they were able to react in such a way. "No matter what, our students are always fun to be around~" he murmured to Ylva. "Haha, you can never get bored with them around! Don'tcha just love them?"

Booth burnt to the ground (Pyre would find a nice present on her doorstep later) and covered in goop, Radoch was not a happy Musimon. He belated in disapproval of everything that had transpired, and made sure to degunk himself as best he could.

When he noticed the gaggle of students, his adventure face came on.

First, he marched over to Manny, picking him up by the neck, followed by Tesar. "Alright you two, let's see just what all the hubub's about." He bleated and began to run, both of his companions still in hand.

When they finally reached the passageway, Radoch thought it prudent to set his Healer and Shield down. "Alright guys, just like when we were in that crazy abandoned pink house over the summer. I'll take point, you two get ready to cover me." And they began to march.

Exploring Sitting in the Passageway

Selene could see his hand, from the glow of his staff, and looked at it for a moment. She knew the answer to his question, she knew it, but she didn't want to admit it. Malcolm was used to her by now, but it made this kind of situation no less embarrassing.

She sucked in a few short, pathetic inhales of breath, trying not to cry as she shook her head.

"I cannot. I think I twisssssssted my ankle." Her voice was little more than a shaky breath, as she reached down to feel her ankles - and oh yes, they were swollen and painful. A common occurrence for her. "You ssssssshould just.." She sighed, and slumped forward. "Leave me here to die."
