It isn't as simple as just for a joke, it always starts that way, but then you will find yourself wear stupid unglasses with blinds over them, that do nothing to block out the sun, then you will be wearing your pants around your ankles and hugging all your friends when you meet them. And then you will be working out all the time, even when you have no reason too. And it is too late by then.
