The only way to find out if you are pregnant is to take a test. It's best to take it first thing in the morning that way it will be most accurate.
Then even if it is negative take another test a week later, if that second test is negative then odds are that you are not pregnant.
If you get a positive still take a second test to insure accuracy.
If you get a positive then a negative or vice versa you still need to go to the doctor.
You can not go by symptoms when it comes to pregnancy, they match the same with PMS and a number of other medical issues.
This is why you should always test if you are in doubt.
