…Was he sweating already?
Oh…
Hel didn’t even break out into a sweat…or look winded…didn’t he know this was the first obstacle? There were going to be…much more challenging ones coming. Oh well. Hel did what she could for now, and that was to keep encouraging him. “You are almost there, Mot! Just a little bit further!”

Attempt 3/3 ••• FAIL
He'd do it! He would! Victory was just over that wall---
His hand slipped, he lost his footing, and he nearly fell off the wall.

He was so clo—
“Ack!” Hel threw one hand back to cling onto the ledge, and immediately threw her other one out to catch a hold of Mot’s wrist before he fell off. While it wasn’t too long of a fall…that didn’t mean it was exactly pleasant…especially for someone as boney as Mot. “You alright?” She asked, staring down at him while she worked to keep him from hitting the ground until he got his footing again.

"F-fine! I am fine!" He squeaked. That was a close call. He barely managed, but he found his foot hold and climbed the rest of the way. With a huff, he sat beside Hel, his heart beating loudly in his chest. "That was quite exhilarating." He commented with a chuckle.

Hey, at least he made it to the top! That was all Hel could ask for really. She chuckled a bit as he sat beside her, and patted his knee before adjusting herself on the wall more comfortably. “Not bad, Motty, not bad at all! But ah…you know that was only the first one for the day…right? They get progressively more challenging as we move along…!”
She looked at him now, waiting to see his reaction.

Mot chuckled and nodded. "Well if this was all there was to it, it would not be sufficient training." He replied with a smile. "Unless I just climbed one wall for hours." Which he did not want to do.
Still, if this was the least challenging, he had to wonder how well he would do with the others.
"Just.. what sort of things come now?"

“Right!” Hel replied, nodding her head firmly. She was rather impressed with Mot’s pretty upbeat and gung ho attitude…but the question now was…how long would it last?
“Oh uh…” Hel thought about other things they would climb. “…Well…there are trees…small little rock walls near the lakes…I would take you into town, because there are taller walls there but ah…I think town is too soon and too busy for you right now. Sound good?”

"Okay! Let's climb a tree!" Mot insisted with determination. That sounded easy enough. He hesitated after that, looking down the wall.
"Do...do I jump?"

“Okay!” Hel agreed with a smile. She shifted to stand on top of the brick wall and looked down at the cowboil. “…Well…ya! Like…this!” The reaper bent her knees, and then back flipped off the wall, landing in the grass outside the gardens. She wobbled a bit as she landed, but managed to stay on her feet. “…Well…you do not have to do that exactly…but…” She held her arms out to him.
“I will catch you!”

Mot flinched as hel just went ahead and flipped off of the wall, staring down worriedly at her down below. "That does not make me feel better, love!" He called down. He would not forgive himself if he had Hel catch him from this wall.
He sighed and hopped off the wall, landing with an ungraceful grunt. He didn't tumble, but he sure did stumble. He dusted off his sweats and turned to Hel with an awkward smile. "Well. Um.. shall we?"
