Attempt 6Ami must've looked entirely deranged to the poor guards who were protecting her during these shadow runs. Not the fact that she went down so many times- that was to be expected of a moon hunter.

One more step into the chamber, and a hand came and grabbed her from the ceiling, like a floormaster from Zelda. It took two specialized sun hunters to pry her off the wall, and another two to keep her from going under.Status Wave: 2 Attack Dmg: 0 Total Shadowlings taken out: 5 Recoveries left: 0

Attempt 7Now the guards were incredibly lost. She'd nearly died 24 hours ago, yet here she was standing at the gates once more. One looked somewhat unsteadily at the other, and Ami could tell they thought her deranged. It didn't matter as long as she passed.

Ami went crazy. This was the plan she'd worked out. She'd just run through it- simple as that. Avoid hitting monsters, only beat them up when they clumped. Otherwise? Just run past them.
After all, the point was to get to the end of the tunnel, so that was all she had to do.
Unfortunately, one of these clumps attacked her. She whacked them back and forth until they finally gave way, and then kept running.Status Wave: 2 Attack Dmg: 9 Total Shadowlings taken out: 13 Recoveries left: 0

Another clump shoved aside with Junpei, and Ami could see the tunnel light. She was so excited she even spoke directly to Junpei. "Jumpy we're almost there! I can see it!"
< Great- ... Junpei. > He sounded somewhat pained actually. Excitable, but pained.

Junpei let out a sort of underwater screech as Ami hit another enemy, which actually made her reel back a bit. It was weird though- he wasn't pained. It was almost ... in pleasure.

She tried to avoid any more monsters to keep Junpei from making those weird noises any more. There was one blocking the exit that couldn't be avoided, but when she finally stepped through the light and out to the other side, she immediately desummoned him.
What the hell was that about?
