Portal evaded the next Thunderbolt, although she slipped off the edge again and hung on with her two front paws. Swinging herself back onto the tree, she didn't need her Trainer's command to unleash another Dark Pulse.

"AH!" Essa let out a slight scream with this new attack, Mists health was dropping and it will only be getting worse unless her opponent became paralysed.

This time the Thunderbolt managed to strike Portal, though thankfully it didn't feel as bad as the last time. Still, when she tried to shake it off she could only manage half of a shudder.
Even though her Umbreon was paralyzed again, Lizzie thought that it was still important to continue the damage output. "Do your best to land a Dark Pulse!"
Portal turned to face the Misdreavus, building up a bad aura for the attack. But executing it would be an entirely different matter.

Mist wasnt looking good, she was taking quite a lot of hits and now her health was clearly on the wrong end of healthy.

After pulling off another Dark Pulse attack, her muscles reacted accordingly again, just in time to dodge yet another Thunderbolt. Portal was feeling a tad invincible at this point, doing a little dance before unleashing another Dark Pulse attack. Lizzie of course wasn't too pleased with her Pokemon's behavior, but at least she had the right to be flippant. One Pokemon was almost down and they hadn't recieved any damage yet.

Her Pokemon was not doing well, that Umbreon just kept dodging her thunderbolts, but Mist didnt have any really damaging moves to combat her opponents dark pulses.
"Mist! Once more, thunderbolt!"
Mist had barely any strength to even float, Essa felt really bad about pushing her like this

It seemed that the Misdreavus gained some last minute energy and Portal was on the receiving end of it. Her feet stumbled beneath her and she fell flat on her tree platform. The paralysis was a lot stronger this time and she was struggling to regain her footing. At least she didn't fall off of her tree.
Lizzie scowled, but she only saw this as a minor setback. The Misdreavus was almost down and besides the paralysis, she had two Pokemon that were perfectly healthy.
"Shake it off!" Weak words of encouragement, since the paralysis looked serious. "Dark Pulse! Finish it!"
Portal finally managed to get back up and used the pain recently inflicted on her to build up an extra strong attack.

Mist has finally succumbed to the damage she got, she wearily dropped to the ground. This was not looking good. "Odin! Its up to you now, becareful!"
Essa grabbed her pokeball and the little fluffball ran out, just as Mist was drawn back in
"Odin, your opponent is already paralysised, attack now, Rock smash!"

The Rock Smash nearly smashed Portal right off the edge of her leafy platform. It took all of her might to stay on, because in her paralyzed state it would be hard to bounce back up to solid ground. Whatever she had to do, she had to remain on here!
Lizzie scrutinized the battle, pondering whether to call her back and let Psywater handle the rest of this. But in the end, she decided to keep her out here a little longer.
"Keep it up Portal!" She cried out. "Dark Pulse!"

Odin grabbed the nearest and biggest rock that he could cleanch into his teeth and threw it at the cat

Portal dug her claws into the branches just so the thrown rock wouldn't knock her off. But even then the force was enough to dislodge one paw and she teetered dangerously over the edge.
"Hang in there!" Lizzie meant that literally. "Dark Pulse!"
The Umbreon straightened herself and fired another dark attack at Odin. She was determined not to miss this time.

Odin moved away from this dark pulse as well, Essa was so proud of her little doggy, he showed that he could be quite nibble in this rocky stage.

Yet another miss, and Portal got nailed by another Rock Smash. Lizzie really needed her Pokemon to land a hit sometime! At least the paralysis should wear off soon from the looks of it.
"Come on girl. You can do it." She said in a quieter voice. Portal charged up another Dark Pulse to fire at her opponent.
