"I guess you could say that." Was all she was willing to say about her and the noble, attempting to will away any thoughts before hearing the boil's thoughts out, shifting on to her left leg more, putting a finger to her mouth and looking him over. "Well, I want to open a little shop for people to write and paint and just relax, I'm saving up for that, so if I get it, I'll help you paint your memories, okay?" she offered. It was kind of nice just hanging out with Kiwi - she never thought she'd get this close to someone of the famine group.
Watching him struggle a little with the rock, her cheeks puffed up a little, staring down at the rock that her minipet and the boil had found, removing her shoes and asking him to move aside with just a look. Breathing in, she dug her hands in to the ground, (and thusly made them dirty again, she would hear this one out,) and pulled out the rock, leveling it on her stomach and looking to him.
"Where do you want this?"xoxomenai This is almost clockwork for her XD

"I'm very grateful, thank you." he smiled softly again. He too hadn't imagined working so well with a Conquest clansman.
Watching her lift a such a heavy stone was quite a sight. Clearly one could not judge on appearance alone, as she was quite strong for her stature. "T-the tree there will do fine ..." he spoke a bit dumb-struck, pointing to the base of a nearby tree. Removing his satchel he placed it with the stone, so they would be certain not to forget it when leaving. He thought of the weight of it. Yes, not to forget it.
Kiwi checked his list again. Another branch would do nicely.
"I've got this one," he spoke, jaunting from the ground into a lower branch as he made his way up the trees. He found a nice, and rather loose branch several trees across, snapping it easily with his hands before bringing it back down. He tied it carefully to his satchel alongside the other.
"One more to go. It's amazing what a little teamwork can accomplish," he turned, smiling to his two new companions.

Dropping the rock nearer to the small pile of slightly larger items, she dusted her hands off and looked behind her to Kiwi, eyebrows raised in a "what's next" kind of look, a smile now softly set on her face. She was glad she came out to the forest - she felt best when she was getting her hands dirty, and her feet were planted in the grasses.
"No problem!" She chirped at him, watching him pick and kneed at the branches overhead, looking at the sky. "It's always nice to know we all seem to mesh better than expected, hm?" she offered up.

He glanced up to the Conquest horseman, wishing for the second time he had remembered to bring a fellow pet. Still, his lips tweaked with the traces of a grin, knowing Lifen would probably enjoy the task. "Are you up to putting your back into it??"
As soon as they were ready, Kiwi took the trees above yet again, glancing through the forest. A short distance over, near a small brook lay a rather nice, round fallen log. Soaring from branch to branch he dropped down by the log, inspecting it. "Good news," he called out. "It's hollow." In fact, he had an idea. The horseman raced quickly back to Lifen, picking up his satchel and inclining the stone slab at his feet. "Think you could carry it that far?? ... if we can make it, we'll load the log up and push it to the reserve."
Then he was dashing off again, reaching the log to place his satchel gently inside, as he took position against it. Kiwi began to push, working with Lifen to force the log forward. Slowly they began to make progress, reaching the edge of the Weeping Forest, and soon, the clan reserve itself. Relieved and grateful for her help, Kiwi retrieved his satchel and slumped against the log for a moment.
"Thank you for your help Lifen," he smiled after a moment. " ... Now I should inform Medea and the others I've brought supplies. I'll see you soon?? ..."
