"Which lecture? There's always a lecture every time I turn around." She gave him a thoughtful look.

"Explaining... ah... Insanity. You ah... f-felt it, didn't you? The... the..." His voice dropped down, "The whispers in the fog?"

"Yes but it... ... it kinda went away a few days ago for me. Are you still... ahem... struggling? 'cause you aren't alone Jerry. No need to treat yourself like s**t over it." she tried to seem like she wasn't bothered by the fact she suddenly decided she was talking to a crazy lunatic this whole time.

"It's b-been easier since... since I found out it wasn't me having the nervous breakdown, ahahahahaha," He cleared his throat, eyes drifting to the table with the pre-packaged meals and debated if he was hungry or not.
Not particularly.
He was growing antsy at the table, fidgeting with his legs as though debating bolting at any moment.

"Nope, no nervous breakdown." she did however pick up on his slightly.. more twitchiness than usual.
"Look. You said you're fine, that you're alright. Relax dude. You're making me nervous. I'm not gunna hurt you or anything. Jeeze."

"I AM RELAXED!" He nearly knocked his coffee over.
Biting his lip, he fidgeted again before reaching under the table where he had leaned his guitar safely against a spare chair, happy to just hold it. "I've b-been thinking about the Hunter Band. Are... are you ah... s-still interested? You had a very nice audition."

Rin actually flinched that time. Cowering somewhat as he went to pull out his guitar thinking it was ROAR.
Much to her relief it was not. But she still stared. Stared at the crazy guy.
"uhh... y-yeah... still interested. I did? I thought I did terribly." she... wasn't entirely certain about this meeting anymore. At least not until hes a bit more stable.

"Good. Good. Wonderful. You did! A lot of potential," It was nice, thinking about something that wasn't is-it-going-to-kill-me, or they-keep-staring-at-me. Something normal.
He fiddled with the strings a bit, checking the tune.
"I know the p-perfect meeting place too, once it gets ah... sorted out. Might need some help, though?" What division was she again? He leaned to try to catch a glimpse of her coat pattern.

The very edges of her coat alluded to a crescent moon, but she was unaware he was even looking.
"I'd love to. Honestly, I would encourage some practice down here to keep some of us sane... but the acoustics might not be right for it." at least that much was genuine. She was bored and lonely down here even though she is living in everyone's pocket.

"You... you th-think so? I was worried," His voice had lost it's forced-control, at least sounding a bit more honest to his state of mind, quiet and an edge terrified, "Haven't... wanted to annoy anyone. I've b-barely played." He was sure she had heard him, huddled in a corner in the bunker trying to keep to himself. But the guitar playing had attracted the attention of Candace, he was sure she wasn't alone. And no one had... OFFICIALLY complained as of yet. "But... S-sasha has her flute now, and if Molly's gotten her violin, we could... we could provide some live entertainment..." More nice thoughts. It was uplifting.
Instantly, he sagged again, though, face hardening, "I need to- W-we need to... get this space cleared, though. It's important. Another Moon would be useful."

"No annoyance at all. Music is relaxing and it brings people together." she gave him a thoughtful look before her gaze fell on his guitar.
"Yes we do. I'd offer up another moon alongside myself but all I know is me and I don't much like Harrison enough to ask such a favour out of him." she looked down at the ground, seemingly distant in her thoughts.

His expression softened fondly as she assured him of Music's worth.
"How can you not like Harrison?" Jerry frowned, looking scornful. "He's a very good guy. Kept me out of the line of fire tons of times." He considered it. Right. If... if he recruited fellow Hunter Band Members... they could clear the place out in no time! "Wash has been mooning for me lately, but... but I'm sure I can convince a few more suns on coming. We... we could exterminate the place in no time!"

"He pretty much insinuated my moon abilities suck, soooo... " she grunted before slipping back to the topic of music.
"Sounds like a plan to me, Jerry." she smiled at him thoughtfully.
"I just worry about my role in things. I feel so... out of place in the grand scheme of things you know?"

"You should listen to Harrison. I know he's a bit younger than us, but... He's the best Moon I know! I'm sure if you asked him for tips, he'd be more than happy to help out," He smiled more genuinely, fumbling with a few chords before silencing the strings. His hands were still shaking.

"Why can't I just not like him for lying to me too? And then walking off mid conversation with me to have phone sex." she gave Jerry a vaguely disbelieving look.
"I don't really want to listen to him for these reasons... but still, you know more people than I do. I'm not very good at the.. eh.. recruitment stage in things." she frowned softly.
"I'll definitely moon my butt off for you though." she blinked and her face flushed a bit, "Wow, that didn't come out right."
