SOoooo. Remember Lol's Harpy contest? I still want it. XD I'll post custom form afterward if you want it. I'm just copy/pasting the form from her contest.
Edit: As of April 28 at around 10 pm, I added some notes that'll let you deviate from my original design. XD Since the contest was for a min. edited pony.

Soquili's Name: Celaenoa (After a harpy from Greek Mythology with a little twist to not confuse her with the commander.)

Personality of Soquili:
Cel is nrever afraid to say what's on her mind. Ever. It doesn't matter who's around, how inappropriate it is, or how it makes her look. If someone doesn't like it, they don't have to stick around. She's incredibly protective of her father (who had left the flock to mate with a non-harpy and took her with him) and if anyone will do anything it takes to make sure nobody tries to soil his name, and has even made up stories to make him look better. She's very hot-tempered, and is likely to get in both physical and verbal tiffs.
She isn't entirely sure why she's returned to the flock, but she feels at home with others of her kind. Celaenoa is certain that her mother is still amont them, she just doesn't know who it is. Or if she's even chosen the right flock in the first place.

Backstory:
Cel was born to two full blooded harpies. As her father was considered to be one of the top choices genetically, she had many, many siblings. Most of them were half, but her mother seemed to be unable to find another stallion that produced as quick-witted and beautiful offspring as Cel's father had. So she mated with him more than once. Her father, though in high demand, didn't understand why the mare kept coming to him. He thought, perhaps, that maybe she could like him as more than a lowly stallion. However, the mare was a hard, brutal thing, and rejected him immediately, while still seducing him for his genes.
As the stallion grew older, the number of mares seeking his seed lessened, and that one mare laughed at him if he even tried. Upset and spiteful, he took Cel in the middle of the night and left the flock. The mare was outraged, of course. She hunted for the stallion, and him and Cel hid day and night from her. Cel never knew why.
As little Celaenoa grew older, she became more and more like her mother; rigid and crude, seeming to care only for herself and treating the male as a tool. The stallion grew sick of the lack of feeling in his daughter, and left her when he met a grounded mare who he felt truly cared for him.
His harpy daughter was disgusted, but secretly heartbroken that her father and her only friend had left her. She seeked out her flock, and after months of searching, finally found home.

Future Plots:
Finding Mother
In this plot, Cel would attempt to find her mother. She doesn't quite remember her from her childhood, but she'd like to know what she's like, or why her father felt driven from the herd because of her. When she discovers the truth of her father's "cowardice," as she sees it, she would dislike her father and stop trying to protect him.

"Teenage" Angst
Celaenoa will at first feel overwhelmed in the flock. She'll learn how the herd works, feel that it's unfair to the males, and leave, disgusted with the mares. However, after a few nights alone in the forest, she'll return, feeling that this life style is much better than what she had growing up.

My Pet
After learning how the flock functions, Celaenoa will want her own little 'pet,' as it were. She'll grab the first untaken male that she sees, and keep him around for a while. She'll mate with him (unsuccessfully) and end up falling for him. However, she'll never admit her feelings and discard this stallion just as quickly as she'd picked him up. She's likely to never settle down.

You Don't Know Me
This plot will take place at the same time as "My Pet." In this plot, she'll find a friend in one of her sisters, and confide in them. They'll judge her, and tell her she has feelings for the lowly stallion she's been using. They'll most likely tease her, and Cel will become angry and fight with the mare (either verbally or physically), breaking their friendship. Nobody will see her as weak or inferior if she can help it.

What Have I Done?
In this plot, Cel will mate with multiple stallions, one of them being inferior. (She sees anyone of non-harpy blood inferior. She wishes to breed with pureblood or at least half-harpies only.) When she becomes pregnant, she'll have no idea who the father is, and will be worried that her children will be shunned. Not by others, but by herself. The outcome of this will depend on the other Soquili involved, and how well the stallions' owners will be able to plot/RP this out. In any case, she'll find the inferior male she's been with, and scold him for what he's done. If they do end up being his, she'll make him raise them and insist nobody help him.

Same Old Song and Dance
Cel becomes much like her mother for this plot. For her last two breedings, she'll (hopefully, if it works) bed down with the same stallion, feeling that his genes are superior to the others in the flock. Either he'll fall for her, or she'll fall for him, and the one with feelings will be rejected.

Physical description:
White pelt, green hue to the shading. Kind of like a glowy feel, y'know?
All four feet clawed, as she's full blooded.
Claws pale yellow in color, pale yellow swirls going up legs.
Peacock tail, feathers alternating from green inside to blue outside (see ref. images). Top/beggining of tail pale yellow like claws. I'd honestly like to see a custom tail. I do like the flowy feeling of the peacock tail, though, and would prefer a soft, flowing tail as opposed to a rigid, hard-lined one. You may add hair as well if you see fit.
Regular Hippogryph mane, feathers alternating from green inside to blue outside (see ref. images). Top/beginning of mane pale yellow like claws. I'd also like a custom mane. I really, really enjoy long and flowy and elegant.
Bright pink eyes. Not quite magenta. Not necessarily. If you feel something that would fit more nicely or look better, you can absolutely change it.
Pale yellow nose strip (If it looks appropriate/all right. If it looks goofy, scratch this part.)
I want her decorative leg wings to be like the wings in the reference image, except instead of the rigid white things, I'd like feathers to match her hair. I'd like them to be connected by chains that match her necklace
I would like the necklace shown in the reference images. If the chain were a pale yellow/gold that is similar (but not completely matching) her markings, that'd be great.

The only extras I can think of that should be added are his small back spikes going all the way down his back/tail, and some extra fins in places. Since you're allowing mutants in these slots, any edits you could do to his body/fins/wings/etc to make him look like the ref would be fantastic.

In terms of the fins on the side of the body of the shark, it's up to you if you put those on the legs out on the side of the body. Whatever you think looks best. Black fur all over, except for the mane-like fur by his neck and face, which is a blaze of light browns, dark browns, black, and sandy colors. Also matching the fur on his head and ears, and the twirl of bang-like fur right above his eyes, which are lined with metallic red and gold, with added black lines giving him a rebellious look.
He also has leopard-like spots on his lower arms and legs, and on his chest. These spots are a gold-yellow with dusty brown and black spotted spots.

Justification for Domain Choice: What is a haven? A place of safety and rest, a refuge. A sanctuary. A place that offers peace and healing. Even in times of peace, though more prominently in times of upheaval, this is needed.

He is loosely based off one of my original D&D characters, a cleric ( I can’t remember which deity he served) whose specialties were in the Healing and Protection domains. ~the character was created after the first campaign my brother ran as DM where he pitted a band of four adventurers (a rogue, a pally, a sorcerer and a wizard) at level 3 against not two, not three, but four… count them four black dragon hatchlings, where there was no healer and everyone had to roll a perfect 20 to even consider hitting the damn things. That no one died was only thanks to some serious die rigging. But after that, it was decided that someone needed to have a healer character, thus Haven was born.~

As a soq, Haven is a calm collected stallion who offers his home as a place of healing, safety and peace. His aura imbues the rather small area claimed with the sense that violence is not welcome. This is not to say that it completely blocks that emotion, merely dampens it or causes second thoughts. If the aura is not enough to shelter those in his home and under his protection, he will back this up physically, up to the point of fighting in his ‘charges’ place- though he will never cause death or overly grievous harm.
