Emaline didn't trust that innocent smile for one second. She had a feeling that she was probably going to lecture him on the poucing thing for the rest of their lives. She smiled at the thought. At least she was never bored around the other cat-fox. Emaline giggled at the 'evil yarn overlord comment' then tilted her head and curled her tail in a question mark. "I think it's time for lunch. All that excitement has made me hungry, what about you, Boris?"

“Well I’m definitely not totally starving but fishing might be fun” Boris stated. Unlike other cats or even other cat like foxes Boris was perfectly fine with getting wet and swimming. Hell some times him and the twins would get into water fights. His tail drooped for a second as he realized he kind of missed his friends, but then it perked right up when he realized it could have been worse. He had Emaline and Gil when the other wasn’t being a downer and Duo would come over for mischief every once in a while. “yep lets go fishing”

Emaline curled her tail into a question again. "Well...if you're not hungry, you can still bat at the fish. That's always fun, scaring the fish." She noticed his tail dip and nuzzled him on the cheek before heading off towards the stream.
When they arrived, she hopped onto a rock in the middle of the stream, batting at the water's surface. The water was on the cold side, but that was good for fishing, since fish seemed to like cold water better. Pulling her paw under her, she waited for a fish to swim close.

“You know one of these days I am so going to introduce you to the life of sneaking into dangerous places” Boris teased although he would actually never really teach her. He knew she didn’t like when he put himself in danger and he definitely didn’t want to see her get hurt if the whole sneaking adventure went wrong.
He nuzzled her back on the cheek before they eventually went off to the stream. Boris watched Emaline get ready to bat at the fish and decided a fish or two of his own wouldn’t hurt in the long run. He got a spot a little up river from her since she was hungrier than he was.

Emaline looked at Boris with a not quite pained expression. She really did wish he'd stop doing dangerous things. What would she do if he never came back from one of his adventures. Emaline did try her best not to scold him too much about it, she didn't want to drive him away with her nagging either. She smiled at the nuzzle, then went into hunting mode determinedly.
Catching a couple of fish, she went to where Boris had gone and found some shade to lie in. She watched him fish and smiled happily. She liked watching him; he seemed so energetic and reckless most times, but when he was focused, all of his cat-like grace came out.

Boris looked down at the stream and got in position to catch a couple of fish. Most of his attention was on the squirmy things that liked to swim. He reached out to bat them towards the shore and missed the first few. Which was understandable, no one caught the fish 100% of the time. Once he was more used to their pace, he quickly caught two and went to join Emaline on the shore.
“Werent you supposed to be eating, instead of watching me” Boris teased after he had set his snack on the ground. He had felt the sensation of being watched while he was fishing. However he kind of liked being watched by her. It wasn’t a bad feeling like other foxes gave him.
