(OOC: Oops, I doubled a paragraph in my last post. XD But you made it sound good. C: I'm glad.)
"I heard her say I was her rival once or twice. That's kind of endearing. If I make her want to better herself, that's a good thing, isn't it?" The Libra thought competition was healthy, even beneficial.
"Thank you. And you have a point. Maybe I am more like a duck." What he had said about ducks reminded her of swifts. They looked pretty when they flew, but on the ground, they awkwardly tried to walk around with wings that looked too big for them. That mental image made her giggle. "Or the other way around, like a swift."
"I never heard of anyone dancing in the sky before, but I'll give it a try." After that, she looked up and gathered all her pertinent information. There weren't any obstacles directly overhead. That was good. She didn't want to start flying and end up crashing right into a tree. It was also good it wasn't very windy tonight, because she wouldn't have to worry about being knocked off kilter.
Then, she fluttered up into the sky. "Whee!" She went up and down in triangle shapes. At the bottom of the triangles, her sun and moon shaped accessories would end up crashing against eachother with a clang. She didn't know how good or bad this looked - or sounded - but she did think it was fun. She stopped to talk to him. "Do you do this often?"

(I assumed it was intentional. ^////^ It seemed like the kind of the The Libra would do when she thought deeply on a subject.)
“Yes making others want to grow and develop is a good thing for the most part.” Rubido could think of a few exceptions but The seemed to be focusing on her sister so he figured he would go with the happy interpretations. They were more fun to think about anyway. His chest puffed out a bit in pride. He liked being right. It happened more than others would admit so when they did Rubido felt really happy. He chuckled at her giggle. It was cute. He kept quite about it though not sure if she would be offended if he said such things, since he was a stranger after all.
She had really never danced in the air? Rubido found it hard to believe. He couldn’t imagine not dancing in the sky after all he had been born with wings. He had been flying since he was very young and playing went naturally along with it. He watched her stare at the sky for a moment before she flapped and fluttered into the night sky. She flew in odd patterns. She looked silly with her sun and moon clanging together like bells in the night. He crouched down and launched himself up into the air and started to fly around with her. “I don’t do it to often since no one else I lives with flies, but I do try to get out as often as I can.” Rubido laughed and spun in the air blazing his own spiral across the sky, his dark stars following along behind him. He spun and gave The a bow in the air. “m’lady The. The night was made for this.”

"Amazing!" The Libra stopped and applauded his aerial acrobatics. "If you hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have guessed you didn't do this all the time. You look like a natural." She thought he was much better at this than she was. His flight pattern was not only smoother and more controlled, but elegant too.
Then, she bowed back and said, "And indeed it is, Rubido." One would be hard pressed to find a lovelier night and a better way to spend it.
After that, she flew after him. "Now that you mention it, I actually do live with another Spica, but he's just a baby, so he isn't all that good at flying. I can fly circles around him." To illustrate, she flew around Rubido in three concentric circle patterns. This was easier for her to do, because she thought of it as pretending to go and come back from somewhere nearby.
"Hmmm, I seem to be talking about my family a lot tonight. First, my sister. Now, my brother. I hope you don't mind." She had to stop herself from going on about her younger brother. How she was teaching him to fly better and looked forward to the day he would be just as good as either of them. She did not think that would interest Rubido very much. "But this really is fun! Thank you!"

Rubido felt a bit smug when he was complimented. It wasn’t often he got to fly in front of and with others like this. Still The wasn’t a bad flyer at all. To have her compliment him like that made him much happier. Grinning he was glad that she seemed to be having fun.
Another Spica? Well even if the other was just a baby at least there was someone that she could fly with and play with. He nodded and flapped staying level while she flew around him. “Well I’m sure he will be able to learn from you and someday you’ll have to worry about him flying circles around you.” He laughed knowing it would take time and would be something that The could look forward to.
“I don’t mind. After all families are important.” Rubido offered The a smile. After all if one didn’t have a family then they might not have a stable base for growing up or living. Families taught each other things. He wondered if the little brother had taught The anything without her realizing it. Most likely after all not all lessons had their teachers visible. Thinking this over he nodded as The continued to fly with him. “I’m glad you like it. I’m having fun too.” Rubido flapped up higher in the air and then half closed his wings to dive toward the ground in a plummet.

"That would be the day!" The thought alone made The Libra laugh along with Rubido.
"Thank you for understanding." She wondered what his home life was like. At first, she thought he lived alone, since he said he didn't live with any other Spica. But he sounded sincere when he talked about families, so she started second guessing herself. Then again, maybe he just didn't live with any relatives. "My curiosity is killing me. At the risk of being nosy, I must ask if you live by yourself?" Her ears twitched in anticipation of his response.
Finally, in imitation of him, she began her descent.

He really did like the way she laughed. It was so clear and happy. He thought all laughter should be like that. She was so polite thanking him for something that wasn’t very hard to do. It didn’t take much for him to listen after all. Besides what she said was interesting. Maybe he should try to make a song about it later. While he dived he thought on how to best answer her question. Finally deciding he was low enough he snapped open his wings and shot forward with a hard flap so that he could corkscrew parallel to the ground with his wings open. There was just enough of an updraft he could manage it. As he slowed down he started to flap to both straighten out and gain altitude again. “No I don’t live with myself.” He chuckled. “Well I suppose everyone does to some degree, but I don’t live myself. I like in the world that connects to this one. The call it gaia. I’m sure you’ve heard about the humans? Well I live with one. There’s another gladier there her name is Tamie. She’s a cetus gladier so she can’t fly.”
