If leaving Amityville was difficult the first time...it was somewhere in the range of fifty-two million times more difficult after the short break they'd been allotted. How could he leave Ash for another whole week? Jack, he just thought he might die.
The Cerberus shuffled into the room with next to no enthusiasm, though he did appear visibly pleased at the sight of the decor and fashion displayed before them. Maybe...midriff-bearing was tough after all?! His tail wagged happily at the thought as he shifted with the creaking boards beneath their feet, and he moved to approach one of the windows, coming to an immediate halt at the resonating sound of the spear's base clunking against the floor. Oh, right. These Clan people probably wanted the same amount of respect that the Death people had.
So he turned to listen, sloooowly easing the hem of his shirt up and over his bellybutton, wishing that he had a feather tie to knot it off with. Instead, he settled for an elastic bracelet, looping it several times over a bunched up bit of fabric.
There. Now he showed off his tan tummy just like the War Clan.
He seemed substantially more comfortable, having the opportunity to embrace an old style again. The rest of the Clan member's speech was regarded with intrigue as he wondered what sort of training opportunities they might be offered during their stay here. Surely lots of fighting, right?
As he turned to leave, he smiled at familiar faces, pleased to find Lacie and Sparrow. More time to hang out!

Aksaja looked about once he stepped out of the portal, already finding that this place was more to his liking than the Isle of Famine had been. At least here, there didn't seem to be a million bugs and half-dead (or even just dead-dead) things lying about. This place seemed more . . . alive. The lightning dragon grinned. Yes, he was definitely looking forward to this.
When their guide started off to show them to the dorms area, Aksaja followed rather eagerly.
