Reiko tucked her phone back into her obi and gave Alex a smile. "I'll hand the phone to you when he replies." She said. Her face lit up a bit at the prospect of exploring. The isle of Death had bene so interesting, surely Famine would be too!

"Oh, yes, let's," she said, following him to the exit.

It was later that evening when Alexander finally returned, after having spent the day wandering the caves, probably not even managing to explore a small portion of what there was to see and do. All and all it had been a fairly good day, one filled with new experiences and interesting encounters.

At some point, he had gotten seperated from the three ghouls that had been accompanying him, as they got wrapped up in their own devices, but he was fairly confident that they would all meet up back here at some point.

Making his way over to the area where the bedding was stacked, Alex began pulling things out. Should he set up beds for the ghouls? It might be the polite thing to do, and would be far more considerate then Alex usually ever was, but...it wasn't exactly like he had anything else to do now, was it?

And so he set about the task of laying out bedrolls, blankets, and cushions. Enough for four students to sleep in, though Alex made sure his own 'bed' was close to a wall so that he could sit up and lean against it all night.

In fact, sitting sounded pretty damned good right about now! The zomboil all but collapsed to the floor, scooting across his bedding to lean against the cave wall, waiting patiently for his friends to arrive.

Reiko floated back into the dorms humming happily. Today had gone better than she could have expected. She was hoping that she had patched things up with Mitzi at training, and coming back to see that Alex had actually already made her up a bedroll? The onryo gave him a genuine smile.

"Thank you, Alex," she said, "and hello Lucinda." Then, there was a small buzzing against her side, and she blinked, reaching into her obi and pulling out her eyephone. There was a text from Alex's phone, which she could only assume had come from Yin. Rather than reading it, she walked over and offered the phone to the zomboil. "Message for you, I believe," she said.

Mitzi came in not too long thereafter, yawning tiredly. The day had been busy, and she wanted to get an early start in the morning. She grinned and waved to Lucinda, then nodded to Alex and (a little reluctantly) to the ghost ghoul. Well, she'd said things were good between them, she couldn't act too harshly towards her now, even if she was a ghost.

It didn't even occur to her that one set of bedding laid out near Alex might be for her, but before she headed over to grab some for herself she paused near the others. "Hey, everyone. Is someone else joining us?"

"I am well, Lucinda." The onryo said. She settled into her bedroll, surprisingly exhausted. It had been a longer day than she had realized, it seemed. She slipped her phone under her pillow and prepared to drift off.

It was rather late on the second night in the dorms when Reiko was brought out of sleep by the sound of her phone going off quietly under her pillow. She had forgotten that she left the volume on, and was a bit startled at first, but pulled it out to see who it was from, Alex's phone. Thus, Yin. Thus, text for Alex. She stood up and walked over to the zomboil. "Alex? Are you awake? Text for you." She said. Then, she considered for a moment. "You...ah, may wish to keep my phone if you're going to be getting texts this late. Just, ah, if my mother texts, please give it back?"

[[Skipping ahead for Seu and Ramen's benefit. XD]]

Alex smiled at Lucinda warmly, "It was actually quite a bit easier then I thought it would be, though I was better at brewing the antidote then the actual poison, it seems." He explained, while all the while smiling quite broadly.

When Mitzi entered the dorm area, he gave her a happy wave, though his smile faded to one of faint amusement. "The extra bed is actually for you." He stated, as she came forward with the bedding she had just gone and grabbed.

After some further conversation, Alexander bid them all a goodnight, then rested his head against the rocky cave wall, not quite sleeping but drifting off into a state of stasis.

The next morning he had received a text from Yin, and had happily replied, not thinking too much about it. He also sent a text to his mother, since he assumed "massage" meant "message". He thanked Reiko again for the usage of her phone, starting to feel quite badly about it. He sent another one to the boil that evening, however, just to continue on the trend of letting the weremantis know that he was okay, and what new and interesting things he may have learned about,

It was sometime in the middle of the night, and Alex was in his zoned out state, when he was suddenly brought out of it by somebody speaking directly towards him. He blinked a couple of times in confusion, before an eyephone was being thrust towards him. A message? Was it morning already? A glance around at the sleeping students scattered about the cavern proved otherwise, and Alex frowned up at the ghoul before reaching out and taking the phone away from her.

"Thanks..." He said, still slightly disoriented, and not quite knowing what was going on. He looked down at the phone, the bright light from it's screen almost blinding to his eyes. One simple word was written. It was not spelt correctly, but it was obvious what the word, or name, was meant to be. The zomboil sat up, pushing himself away from the wall, and began typing out a message in return, though his fingers fumbled clumsily along.

The dragon perked up at the sound of his name, turning with a smile at Angenora as he saw her. Ah! A twitch of his tail, the dragon gathered the cushions he had collected and carried them over to where she sat.

"Hey!"

The cushions dropped on the floor, he quickly arranged them before flopping down next to her. Hmph, it wasn't the same as sleeping on his pile of pillows at Ammityville, he really didn't like sleeping in his student form.

Still, even confined to his student form, Sheridan curled up on the cushions with the tuft of his tail twitching near his nose.
