Damnit! He wished he had thought about equipping one of those snowball items in his inventory too. With a crooked sort of smile at Reine - she won this time, Justin tested the waters -
- And jumped right in. There was a loud splash, a lot of flailing and more splashing and-
- Well, it was a good thing that the water did not seem to be particularly deep or Justin was just very good at keeping himself afloat.

... Hey, Reine thought her fishing idea was pretty good, for one it didn't involve possible hypothermia, and also it didn't involve getting wet, especially not when the water was below 0 degrees-- what was Justin even thinking, god.
Without thinking too much, she jumped right in after him, screaming when she hit the water- how did Justin even stand it, it was so cold she felt herself practically freezing up already-- but no, there was a stupid mist trainee to save. The fact that she couldn't swim barely registered- you probably couldn't swim in water this temperature anyway- and Reine flailed, trying to grab Justin's jacket, unfortunately all she managed to do was pull his scarf away....
And then finally success. She pulled him back up to the surface, shoving him on the ice. This felt a little bit like that Titanic movie, maybe she was just supposed to let go here and sink down to the bottom of the ocean...
Reine closed her eyes, everything felt kind of peaceful now, as if she was just floating in nice, warm water...

-Only to be woken up by Justin shaking the water away like a wet dog as he chattered a mile a minute "Holy crap Reine did you see that I was summoning my mount and I saw this giant mob, except it was deep underwater and-"
He interrupted himself with a rather loud sneeze, and then a second. A sniffle, and a wipe of his nose with his sleeve later, he was practically pulling the Life trainee away like an overexcited dog that had found cookies. "I think the boss went that way."
Thankfully that way was not too far from base camp.
