"Papa Grayson did help make it and Daddy Harper wants to kill him for it." She said, walking over to him and sitting down, professional now, maybe some teasing later. She crossed her legs and sat back in the seat, she looked up when Impulse walked in.

"Impulse." Lian said simply, she rolled her eyes but sighed when the girl flirted with Damian. She had to work with this girl, whether she liked her or not. Lian was good at playing professional, she usually was able to keep a level head--Emily though, she pushed all the wrong buttons at once.

Cory finally walked in after a short while. He wore a long sleeve spandex suit and red gloves and boots, the red Superboy S stretched across his chest with red lightning bolts accentuating his hips. His outfit was basically a mash-up of the Superboy and Flash costume. He had superstrength, and was fast. Unlike his father though another part of Kryptonian power had awakened in him, he actually had flight. He couldn't use x-ray though, or heat vision, and he wasn't invulnerable. His suit was made of Kevlar.

"Superkid." Lian greeted, Superkid was his hero name, another mashup of his father's names.

((s**t, I'm starting to like Cory UUUUUHG D: I think one of them being evil would be cool though, it would be a shocker if it was Cory smile I'm not sure if I wanna do that though D: Cause I'm starting to like him, I need to stop that. ))

Lian smiled as Damian spoke, hanging off every word. He seemed plenty diplomatic to her, his word's were smoother then they used to be, his voice less harsh. He even smiled--Lian found herself wanting to hide this new Damian from everyone, in the past he only showed this side to her...now everyone saw it. Lian knew though that this was the Damian that everyone needed to be their leader though.

Cory frowned at Damian, where had this Damian come from? When he'd last seen the man he was rough and ridgid in personality--it must be a ploy, he was playing Lian like a guitar and she was falling for it. He could see the admiration in her eyes and it pissed him off. He'd always loved her and she only looked at Damian...Damian wasn't worthy of her. He would get her from him, and she would learn that he was the one for her...

Lian spotted Batman when he snuck in and tried her hardest not to show how excited she was to see him. She gave a little wave but otherwise paid him no mind. "I've fought with Clarice before and I can already say she's a force to be reckoned with." Lian voiced her opinion, she liked Clarice she was a good fighter and also really cute, maybe Cory would get off his crush with her around. That would be a lovely extra, but mostly Clarice was just a kick a**, and Lian was fond of her.

Lian frowned and looked at Batman, "You're being too smiley Batman, seriously, you're our mission man not our friend." She smiled and said, "No offense but you're kinda killing the 'dark knight' image." She teased.

Lian then swirled around in her chair and hunched her shoulder, her voice attempting and failing at the original Batman voice, "You gotta be mean and gruff." She giggled and pulled her legs up on the chair, "You should stick to being Nightwing Papa." She knew Bruce was pretty old now and d**k felt there needed to be a Batman....but it just wasn't him.

Cory smiled as he watched Lian, she spoke her mind and wasn't afraid of any rebuttal. Cory would have been too afraid that Batman would snap at him. Even smiling as he was Batman still intimidated him, even if he knew the man behind the mask.

Lian blinked, then grinned, not at all intimidated. "Very good." She said simply, giggling a bit.Lian's gaze shifted to Damian when he spoke and she giggled, she turned back to d**k when he began to speak and her eyes lit up. "Babs is gonna be our den mother? Awesome!" She said, a grin on her face. She liked Babs, she was really nice. "Anything else Batman?" she asked, already getting antsy. "Any missions for us yet or do we have to train more first?" She asked, displeasure evident at the thought of more training.

Lian groaned and hid her face in her knees, "Neverending training uuuuuuhg!" It was obvious she was displeased. She wanted to get out there, she'd been fighting with her dad for 2 years now but was itching to get into battle with her new team where they called the shots--where they weren't just sidekicks! She perked at the mention of Bruce though and said, "Bruce will be training us too? Cool." She liked Bruce, he wasn't all smiles--but he was cool, the original Batman. Lian admired him to say the least--plus he was Damian's actual father, she was always trying to impress him.

Lian giggled at the theatrical twist d**k added and said, "Circus boy." She smiled fondly at him though, she loved his theatrics. She'd gotten a love for performance from him, she was always trying to impress people. The world was her stage and she it's performer. "None here." Lian said when they were asked if there were any questions. Cory remained silent as well--course the boy was always silent unless it had to do with Lian.

Lian giggled when d**k hugged her and she hugged him back, "Doing good Papa." She said, before looking at Damian. She smiled and let go of d**k to take Damian's hand. "Yea finally, took me telling him to man up for him to do it too." She teased, winking at Damian. "I don't mind though, I'm just glad it finally happened." She looked up at d**k then and said, "How's Daddy doing? He hyperventilating yet?"

"No, no I am not." Came Roy's voice.

"DADDY!" Lian ran over to her dad and he laughed, plucking her from the ground and twirling her around. Even at the age of 16 she was still his little girl.

"Hey Li, how's your first day going?" Roy asked, placing her back on her feet and walking over to d**k. He looked the man up and down and sighed, "I still like the Nightwing costume more."

"It's going well...uh Daddy...?" She looked sideways at Damian shyly then smiled at her dad.

"What?" He asked, having missed the earlier announcement.

"Damian and I are...." She looked at him and saw the realization in his eyes. Before she could continue Roy had descended on Damian like a bat out of hell.

"You finally did it, this means I get to tell you if you ever hurt my little girl I will put and arrow so far down your throat it'll come out your--"

"DAD!" She shouted, "You've known Damian for years surely you don't think he'd hurt me." She snapped.

"No, in fact I'm sure he wouldn't, but I can't give him immunity from the father speech just cause I know him." He looked at Damian then and said, "I'm watching you." He paused before adding, "And no sex! None, ever, you're dying a virgin Lian!"

"Dad!" She shouted, her cheeks burning from embarrassment. She really hated her dad sometimes.

Roy glared sharply at Damian and opened his mouth to retort but then d**k spoke and he choked, Lian giggled, her dad still got choked up over Papa even after all these years and that gave Lian hope for her and Damian. "Right, Batman, I think we have some business...er..elsewhere." He looked at Damian and smiled a bit, "I do trust you but you gotta understand it's my little girl." His smile faltered when d**k was called nasty and he fidgeted, "You'll understand someday Damian." He said before tugging Batman close behind him.

Lian blinked curiously and watched them go, "I don't think he understood what he just said when he said you'd understand." She said before grinning over at Damian, "He just implied you'd understand wanting to peel my costume off me." She giggled and felt her cheeks burn before quickly changing subjects. She squeezed Damian's hand back and kissed his cheek. "Thanks for being so lovable, I think you're the only guy who could stand up to my daddy and make him smile like that."
