"Use Rock Slide again!" Dreidyn called out. But when Lotus tried she found herself with that dreadful feeling and she couldn't make herself do so no matter how hard she tried.
"Well um." Dreidyn thought for a moment about alternatives. "Why not Rock Tomb instead?"
Even though Lotus was still just throwing rocks at the Murkow, she had no trouble doing the same motions under a different name.

The murkrow weaved her way through the trees as her opponent paused, giving her enough time to evade the barrage of rocks.

Lotus was definitely showing some fatigue after being slammed by another Faint attack. It was hard to know where her opponent was coming from when that attack of hers made her vanish all of the sudden. Shouldn't that count as cheating?
"Come on! We can still do this!" Dreidyn called out. "Use Rock Slide!"
Having run out of rocks to use as projectiles, Lotus dug up some more and used her tail to launch them into the air.

Enide was also feeling very weary now after all those rocks. But she did what her trainer said and launched another Faint Attack.

One last turn. This was the move that would decide the battle. Dreidyn was confident that Lotus wouldn't miss her next attack but unfortunately confidence wasn't what won the battle.
"One more Rock Tomb! Hit it with all you got!"
Lotus barely had enough strength for another Rock-type attack but she mustered enough just so the battle could be ended on a good note.

The bird dropped from where she was in the air, just because she was so tired. She didn't even think she could dodge any more, but luckily she did.
One last Faint Attack and she was definitely done.

The last Faint attack sent her tumbling into the undergrowth. Dreidyn couldn't see where Lotus had rolled off to but the Pokeball recalled her anyway when she pointed in that general direction.
"Thanks for the battle!" She said cheerfully, despite the lost. "And thank you for trying your best." She said more quietly to her Pokemon. Dreidyn then hurried off to heal her up.
