Hinote Tosatsu -o-Havik-o- The Jutsu.I was wrong about the Doujutsu though, would changing the learning system be acceptable? Something along the lines of...
"Do to his mothers instruction unlike other Uchiha Manny has the ability to train, and allow his Sharingan to grow through training, rather than only through life and death situations. (This does not include first awakening.)"
To train his Sharingan Manny will need to do two things, read over the notes, and secrets his mother left him about her Doujutsu, and let up a assortment of test, or obstical courses, weather it be made by his father, or he trains with a sensai.
(Will require large amounts of training however, double that is needed from real combat to activate. Real combat will subtract from training needed, example. Ten posts of intense combat needed, twenty posts of hard training, if Manny is in five posts of intense combat he will only need ten posts of training.)
Ugh... Ignore the existence of that list. Most of those are Katon exclusive, and the actual Uchiha ones need to be rewritten. Making it possible to advance the Sharingan by training rather than combat would constitute removing a bloodline weakness, so no, I can't do that.
Any idea how that is coming along?

Talent Description: With his latent lust for combat and his natural wanderlust, Shinji has had little time to study any formal style beyond that which is incredibly common throughout the Land of Earth. What Shinji lacks in classical training however, he makes up for in sheer power and adrenaline once he engages in combat. Nothing propels Shinji through a fight like his love of combat, and that fervor transfers to his attacks while engaged in battle, making his Taijutsu/Kenjutsu strikes devastating for a shinobi of his rank .
1. Once a battle begins, Shinji's adrenaline begins to flow at abnormal levels and it ignites a fire within him which makes his attacks rather potent. Shinji's regular attacks hit as if they were one rank higher then his current rank in both speed and power. As a Chuunin, coupled with his already above average speed (due to Speed shinobi type)... this puts his attack speed on par with most Jounin and the power of his strikes around that of a Sp. Jounin.
2. Once every 3 posts, Shinji can utilize two techniques in quick succession as if he had the 'Combo' shinobi type. (This will not allow him to use two ninjutsu, but he can use a Taijutsu/Kenjutsu ability and a Ninjutsu, or two Taijutsu/Kenjutsu strikes in rapid succession as part of a combination tactic.)
Talent Sacrifice: Shinji is only capable of learning either a single Taijutsu or Kenjutsu style throughout his entire career as a shinobi and he cannot learn techniques of the chosen style which are more then one rank above his current rank. This also makes training in a style more difficult, requiring two more posts then normal to learn any Taijutsu/Kenjutsu skill.
Additionally, for every 2 posts Shinji's adrenaline is pumping (while in combat), Shinji will suffer a -1 rank reduction in Speed and Strength after the fight ends. During these posts, he can still use Konaga augmentations, but they come at double the cost.
How it happened: Whether it was a quirk of his birth, or just the way he had developed to survive his childhood, Shinji had always found combat appealing to him since the adrenaline helped him to forget the pain his bloodline forced on him. So, naturally, Shinji always found himself fighting others and due to his either disinterest in learning a style, or his natural ability, never really saw the need to do so. Shinji had picked up some of the common taijutsu strikes of his native land just through osmosis, but learning to utilize them did not come easily to him. What his 'Scrapper' style did give however was intensity and a fervor in battle that most others lacked, which naturally enhanced his attacks making them just as deadly as any other 'style'-based attacks. Once the battle heightened, and the adrenaline kicked into overtime Shinji only got stronger, the euphoric and addictive rush of combat enabling him to attack both harder and faster then the average person, and enabled him to chain moves together naturally as finishing strikes. This euphoric rush during combat is the reason you can almost always see Shinji smiling in the midst of a fight, even one he is clearly losing.

Talent Description: Axel is capable of learning Sword Techiniques at the greatly increased rate of -1posts. For every rank he increases, this raises by one. D - -2 C - -3 B - - A - -4 S - -5
Besides that, he gains .5 rank in damage and there is no limit to the number of styles he can learn.
Talent Sacrifice: Axel is unable to use three jutsu elements [ 2 elements and Universal, leaving the ninja with just one element; wall/water walking is still learnable ] Added to this he also cannot learn any medical or genjutsu. Though he can develop jutsu by himself so long as they are not elementally alinged.
How it happened: Axel was born without the ability to channel most, if not any, form of chakra save for his raiton chakra. Due to this he took his one element and employed it in the best way he could; swordsmanship.

This gives Laxus a +1 rank to Satetsu jutsu, and expands his effective area by twice the distance. He also gains the ability to charge the Satetsu with a C rank amount of chakra, making any contact confer a D rank amount for 3 posts after the ability is used.
Talent Sacrifice:
Laxus is unable to wield simple ninja tools, much less larger weapons such as a sword. This means that Laxus is unable to use anything made of metal as a weapon unless it is made from his own Satetsu.
Laxus also suffers a -.5 rank to his Doton techniques because of his overwhelming raiton capabilities.
How it happened:
Laxus has always been coursing with raiton chakra, and so once his bloodline awakened within him, he discovered that by not paying attention to the limits most users have, he can utilize his extreme amounts of raiton chakra to expand his power over his iron sand.

Ever since, he's been inept when it came to genjutsu and is much more susceptible.

Denied. There are multiple animal using clans, and there is even an animal using profession that we just need to finish working on. This talent looks to simply make you an Inuzuka, so unless you were hoping to gain Inuzuka abilities while joining another bloodline/clan, just go for Inuzuka.

This needs a lot of work. First... "He also gains the ability to charge the Satetsu with a C rank amount of chakra, making any contact confer a D rank amount for 3 posts after the ability is used." What is this doing? The base weakness needs to be explained as to how any why you are unable to use the weapons. Specify whether this harms your ability to learn styles. In the chatroom you stated that your magnetism would draw any metal near you towards you, or if the metal is huge and immovable, you towards it. Specify at what distance this begins to take effect, and how strong the draw is at various distances. (Use the ranking system to specify strength.) Making yourself unable to use metal weapons, but being able to use ones you make yourself completely removes that weakness, so you need to either sacrifice that ability completely, or increase the cost of maintaining self made weapons in your vicinity.

Yeah... I'll admit tat I kinda trew it together, without much revision. Basically it makes all of his techniques also carry a Lighting damage, allowing them to break through doton techniques of D rank, and if he does tat if he is to put a bunch of sad around someone ten they get zapped. kinda like the sand all has a charge, and if you get too close it'll zap you, but only if it is in large quanities. Oh, it completely negates any usage of any kenjutsu style, or even simple ninja tools like shuriken and kunai. I was mainly going to just have that as it is equal to his rank in satetsu wielding, and it is his base distance as to the area of affect. ( I'll write that part in in a bit. ) Eh,None of the techniques aside from the Steel Pellet technique actually makes a projectile, so that's what I was meaning. If I'm gong t have Satetsu as a bloodline, I'd like to keep that the same. There actually isn't a jutsu to create weapons in the bloodline, and I don't plan on making one. ( If you want, I canedt tat bit, but only grudgingly since te Steel Bullet technique is fun seeming, and there is a Second stage variety. ) Sorry for any typos, this keyboard kinda sucks, several of the keys don't work well. ( This isn't my laptop. )

Beyond that, you should just plain old have integrity behind your posts. Just thought that was worth mentioning since I'm really tired of seeing people saying things like "Yeah I didn't really try"... or "I just hurriedly posted this"... or "Sorry, I didn't have time to make a good post."
